Am wondering if the release of the Bastard Album II (III?) will prompt Adam et al to reveal the title of the real album... They could certainly do that without mentioning the other. That way more casual fans would be more aware of what to look for. I'm sure the title would get mentioned by some DJs and columnists since there seems to be so much interest right now. While I can't see any problem talking about it amongst ourselves, I hope it doesn't get any radio or other media attention. It just gives Malcolm Welsford exactly what he's looking for, free publicity. If I had to choose between given them any attention and a few Walmart shoppers ending up with some Citizen Vein tunes since they didn't know it wasn't an approved release, I would choose the latter. One other thing, back at the time of Take One, it was John Hecker from Hi Fi recordings who supposedly bought the rights for the session singer recordings from Malcolm Welsford, and that was the name most of the fan rage was directed at. It makes me wonder just what exactly their business arrangement was if Welsford still retained enough rights to screw Adam over again. I agree there is no need to mention the Welsford album, but if the title of Adam's album is known and discussed it would help avoid confusion if/when the other one appears. Instead of discussing Adam Lambert TBA, the real title would be talked about. |

If we can talk up his NEW album, that would help. And negl, the fact that no one at GroundControl can get a contact person from DMG really frustrates (and worries me). What is that even about? |

Another great idea  Though FYE has been spotted in Country alongside Miranda on ocassion hope this tweeter removes those and places them front and center in pop. Agreed!  |

I left my comments over on amazon on both albums and yes, the site has been well visited by Glamberts, but I also see that the scumbags have left comments themselves, just like I suspected. Regarding the money: The good news is that Wholesale the revenue is closer to 600 K and from that he has to finance his whole operation, so thank goodness it was not 1 million he made off that album, but probably more a 10th of that. But obviously, it was worth enough for him that he is doing it again. |
