You know the way that piece that Steve cook quoted in his comment is worded it sounds like he was also doing session vocal work. So maybe he is getting screwed over too just like Adam is because he is also getting some recognition lately with his current releases. Didn't he win something at some Rock or Metal Awards show recently? I believe this to be true, based on that blog that first brought this up, quoting a press release. Welsford probably owned both Adam and Cooke tracks, and decided to make it a double album to cut his own album production costs (pressing the physical album, storage space, distribution logistics, press/advertising.) The artists have nothing to do with each other. It's like a compilation album, but only with two artists. That Adam tweeted about the Take on II/Beg for Mercy is in my eyes a strong indication that Adam's suits lost this one and there will be an album on shelves. When Take 2 shoved up briefly in Amazon and co, and was later taken down, we didn't hear a peep from Adam or his people concerning what happened behind the curtain. |

Have we seen this one and just I have not seen it? Possible, I am having a tough time catching up with all these K&S videos recently, but this one is supposedly from right after he returned from Paris.
Perhaps our Finnish friends tomorrow morning can tell us, whether there is anything new on this one
And sorry, if it was posted and I missed it somewhere.

status.twitter.com/according to this they are investigating. It's usually not out for this long at a time. The overcapacity problems usually clear up fairly quickly. This might be something more.

 I have been and trying to be completely zen about the music maybe not coming out in October or November or this year ever since his announcement that the album will be out early 2012. But just this this past week, I have started to get kind of desperate for anything new from Adam. I have been watching old interviews, promos, pre-idol, AI, post-idol music, GNT etc. just feel like I'm losing it, need some new appearances or something. Something is wrong with me. I was able to get involved with RL again for awhile, going out, watching movies, listening to other music, tv shows, games books, hanging out with friends family, etc., but now everything is just coming back to Adam, waiting for some news or just something from or about him. A bit frustrating..a little anyway as nothing is interesting me as it use too.. I completely sympathize with you! I feel something's wrong with me too. Everybody's always saying how stanning Adam has added fun and excitement to their already full and happy lives, but I feel as if I USED to have a full and happy life, but now I've lost interest in everything, it's all just faded, except for this one obssesion. Am I too depressing? :-/ I just needed to get it off my chest (and seems like I just needed for someone to say it first)... I was forced to go out tonight and the whole time I wanted to be here, on line, keeping track of what is going on with the 2nd bastard album. I used to have a really fun RL, but now I have a really fun computer life following Adam. I'm moving to a place in the woods where there is nothing but me, beautiful scenery, and WIFI. Shhhh, I haven't told my family yet. |

Cam talked about Adam recording it in her interview with Autostraddle so this just means that Neil didn't know they had recorded it and hasn't heard the studio version. This is what Cam said about it: What can you tell us about Adam’s new album? Well, I wrote this song I love called “Dreamer” a few years ago and had been looking for a huge, powerful voice to sing it. Originally Christina Aguilera was supposed to sing it, but that didn’t happen so when I started thinking of songs for Adam it was just like “of course!” It’s perfect for him. I co-produced it with Brad Thomas Ackley who worked on Black & Blue and Nocturnes with us and and, even if it doesn’t make his final album I’m just like, oh my god! To have someone with that caliber voice and hear them do little tricks on on a song you wrote.. I REALLY hope it makes his album, it just sounds so amazing. He’s working with these big, huge producers like Pharrell, and then it’s like… us [laughing]. |
