Well I had hit max on the fan army vote and it won't give me a vote button at all on the must follow artist page. Even tried clearing cookies. Hmmm, well that sucks! >:( Another thing that's weird ... I am voting and sharing, but only earning 3 points per vote, whereas I've earned 8 every other time. Did they finally figure out that when you vote and share via Twitter it only posts once? :-/ dang...

Adam could have been doing photo shoots every day of the last two weeks and we would be none the wiser. He has gotten VERY GOOD at keeping lids on things he doesn't want known. The diamond thing yesterday is proof that they worked together on something and not for that tweet, we wouldn't have the first idea that anything even happened. And as it is, we still have no freaking clue what it was for. I think Susie is totally right here - and it isn't just that Adam is keeping a lid on things. The entire industry has learned a lot over the last couple of years. They all know now that ANYTHING that gets tweeted WILL be discovered by fans. Not just Adam's fans, but throughout the entertainment (and even tech, business, politics, etc) industry there are a lot fewer of those random tweets/facebook posts/etc that suddenly leak info that the studio/record company/etc don't want out there yet. They want to control their publicity and promo and I think that the people that work in these industries have learned that they cannot leak this type of info.

We are all going to go NUTS when Adam's single finally comes out..Some of us might have cardiac arrest... I know he loves the art of surprise..All I know ,is that missing him has placed tears in my eyes, always ready to flow. ITA. Come back Shane. Shane, come back.

Yes ... for our younger members, Shane was a wonderful Western movie. In the iconic scene at the end, as the heroic hero literally rides into the sunset, the small boy who has come to idolize him runs after him calling "Come back Shane! Shane, come back." The understanding of the boy's idolization of this man is truly touching.
Rent it if you have not seen it. The best review I ever saw of this movie was short: "Even the dog is good."

I maxed out my votes on the fan army page while logged in on twitter, then logged in with by fb page which uses a different name, and was able to vote on the must follow page. It gave me 13 points per vote, but I'm having to build up to the next level all over again. So, I'll use my rl FB page for the must follow, and my twitter for the fan army. That way I have 2 accounts I can max my votes out with.

Loved the movie but seriously the book was better.

The description on Wikipedia of the boy's idolization of Shane in Jack Schafer's book, seems relevant: Bob [the boy in the novel] has a completely new definition of what it means to be a real hero and finally has a real role model to fill that spot. Bob learns that being a man is not about toting guns or asserting dominance over others. He learns that being a man is about doing the right thing, and he looks to Shane time and time again for demonstration.
