You're right SusieFierce I probably shouldn't have brought up the dreaded C word I hate seeing it let alone saying it. And I really don't know much about that fanbase other than second hand info. But getting so worked up over contest rewards and tee shirts? Those promoting a contest with prizes have a legal obligation to deliver prizes as advertised under California law: Business and Professions Code Section 17530-17539, with the specific provision being §§ 17539.1(a)(7) which prohibits the following: Failing to award and distribute all prizes of the value and type represented. Seriously? What, are fans gonna sue Adam now because they didn't get to ask him a twitter question? Wow. |

I'd take Adam's bare shoulders (like the FYE and Acoustic covers) over the awesomest outfits and highest-end fashion any day! Bare shoulders, eh? I would never have guessed that's something you're into... I can't quite figure out what I want. What I DON'T want is something where Adam is merged with some piece of machinery a la Gaga. Or where he's looking all disheveled and constipated a la Durbin.  |

IF he wore a black diamond for the album photoshoot, I wonder if the choice of the black diamond was deliberate and has any significance or relates to the album or title, etc., or is it simply a fashion decision. Thanks for bringing that post over from ALF, Juniemoon. Hopefully after that meeting things will be a little clearer. Anyhooooo, I've seen surprisingly little discussion about the album photoshoot, probably because it got buried in Album Scam-Gate I know some people were speculating about whether the cover would be art, along the lines of Hans Haveron's work. Or if it would be Adam. I seriously need brain bleach after seeing that shit-tastic cover for the scam album. But it looks like the cover will have Adam on it (YAY!!!), in some kind of awesome outfits (Wooohooo!!!), with an edgy haircut (Errr... yay?). And presumably it was shot somewhere in/around LA. Any thoughts on what the cover will look like? Yeah, let's talk about this! I'm so excited for so many reasons. For one thing ... we talk a lot about "behind the scenes" decisions, but this means some have actually been made. The album title, undoubtedly, and the image that Adam is going to present. That's really exciting! I would like to see some combination of neat fashion photography AND art, like this:  Not a copy, but you get the idea.  |

0.05 a.m and I'm going to bed. Usually I don't go to bed this early but within 36 hours I had only 4 hours of sleep. Berting is hard lol. Oh, BTW someone upthread asked about Q3. As far as I know, she's just still in the middle of RL insanity with the multiple moving exhaustion paired with work committments. As soon as she gets a chance to breathe, she'll be back on the board. In the meantime, there's more than enough mods to keep things chugging along. 'Sides which, ATOP operates off its members more than its management anyways! ;D  Will her ATOP paycheck be docked for these days off? I think we should double her salary when her review comes up next year.... of course, these unauthorized absences will have to stop. |
