Or there is more than one song which would make a good first single and they cannot decide which is the best There's gonna be single after single after single each one blowing up bigger than the one before it and by the time the album is released even Danny Gokey's asshat of a cousin will be standing in line at midnight for her copy. |

isn't there usually only 2 month between first single and the album? with a single in November and an album in februar/ march there are 3-4 month. Is there a second single planned before the album release. Can please someone explain? Maybe they are planning for 2 singles this time. Different management/ different tactics? a secound single would make the wait easier |

In my world (opinion), Adam has 3 single worthy songs he must choose between for his first single. It is not an easy choice. He is a perfectionist and is likely planning the sequence of the songs also.
