I am getting the feeling more and more that Adam has changed the initial direction of the music to songs with a better chance to be more relevant, more NEXT.
Maybe, at some point, after working on tracks, he started to come up with a sound that he is liking and that is working more than the sound of earlier tracks, and now he is refining that sound in the tracks he is selecting for the album. If he needs more time to pull this off, so be it.
David Cook's delay did not deliver enough relevancy. It could not explode. No worries. I have it on the best authority that Adam's new music will be good and current and relevant and full of electrical explosiveness, LOL. My crystal ball predicts success. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it. ;D
A new album by my spring birthday. I can wait for that, especially with an earlier single to listen to, some new photos, and some pre-release interviews.

OK I have what I believe is the track list for BFM -- from the distributor. The songs are registered as written by Lambert-Pittman. A couple are under alternate titles. 1. BEG FOR MERCY 2. ROUGH TRADE 3. THE CIRCLE (registered as "Complete") 4. TURNING ON 5. JUST THE WAY IT IS 6. SACRIFICE 7. POP GOES THE CAMERA (registered as "15 Minutes of Fame") 8. MP3s KILLED THE RECORD COMPANIES
9. CRAWL THROUGH FIRE10. RUN AWAY At least it has two of pre-Idol pop-rock tracks are on the album. The disappointing thing to me is that I have all but three songs on my ipod already, so not much new stuff to look forward to.... the missing ones are: BfM, MP3, Run Away - and these might be under a different title so I need to hear them... well, may be we'll have a different take/arrangement... the truth is that now that we have to wait till about May (my take on the proceedings of today) I am ready for anything, from any source :-[ Aside than the 3 songs nica575 mentioned as new, I have not heard full versions of Just the Way It Is or Sacrifice. Does anyone have download links for these? |

Do anyone think that RCA is waiting closer to release time of Album #2, to certify FYE to platinum, so they can tote that in the press release to promote Adam #2?
