Adam looks great in that picture without makeup.
But I LOVE Adam in makeup. Specifically smoky, dark ,dramatic eye makeup. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE!
I could definitely do without the heavy foundation and too dark eyebrows. I think most of the time he gets it right but I'm not sure what happens these other times. lol Recently, The Do Something Awards was the absolute nadir for me personally. *cannot even look at those pictures* I think everything since then has been pretty great makeup wise!

I think we had figured out that when Adam was on the red carpet he already had his make up on for TV. Because on the TV shots he looks fine. But in the red carpet ones, not so much. |

I think we had figured out that when Adam was on the red carpet he already had his make up on for TV. Because on the TV shots he looks fine. But in the red carpet ones, not so much. I guess. But I still think there has to be a way to look good on the red carpet (in natural light) and on TV. And there ain't no excusin' them eyebrows!  |

I like the hair. First he was emo, then he was glam, now he is mod.  An ever changing landscape that is Adam Lambert! I love the changes but I wish he would show up one day with the emo. Good morning! OK, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me, but when I blow up this pic to 400%, I swear it looks like the left side of his head is shaved differently from the right side. Am I nuts? Oh, I see what people are saying now. That both sides are shaved but differently. Yeah, I can see that. I thought people were thinking one side was shaved but the other was left long. ( lol never mind me in the morning.) |

I live the natural Adam, but love when the eyes are done well, can’t take my eyes off the GNT photos where he is just sparkling and glittering like mad. My least favorite picture (outfit-Young Hollywood) as far as makeup is concerned was Oprah. I don’t even watch the videos from there because too much bronzer, too much lip gloss. The lip gloss always puts me off, as well as the overly dark eyebrows. I guess I don’t like anyone messing with perfection. |

I'm not wild about the hair--I just don't think I'll ever learn to appreciate shaved heads--but his skin looks amazing! Close up and with no makeup and yet has never looked so smooth. I wonder if he had a treatment of some kind.

Paul Simon wrote those words in the song "Old Friends" in 1967. Today he turns seventy. I think it's safe to say that his life today doesn't involve sitting on a park bench quietly. It's heartening to realize that what you thought old age would be like when you were young isn't necessarily what it's going to be like.
