Friendly neighborhood voting reminder: The must follow on twitter category ends at midnight EST tomorrow! So folks voting might all want to focus on that category to that for the next 24 hours. If you look at the daily graphs, the vast majority of Adam fans are voting for MustFollowonTwitter only now, so it's got a much better chance of winning (FanArmy has flatlined). Beiber is Adam's main competition but it looks like we may be equal or slightly ahead there. An influx of new voters could easily make the difference. Login with your twitter and max out your votes!! New voters welcome! www.omusicawards.com/vote/must-follow-artist-on-twitter/adam-lambert-must-followOk, guys, if you're looking for something constructive to do...

I really don't think there's anything new here with this "webmaster's" tweets. We already know Monte's stance from his own post-- he has no control over the release, but he's proud of the music and people should decide whether or not to buy.
IMO the phrase "just because Adam's career may be hurt..." is really a poor choice by the webmaster. And who knows whether Monte would say it that way.
I think if people want to respond, they've been given clear direction where to do so.

That Adam Lambert bingo card -- I think an internet friend of mine may have made that back in the day on ontd_ai or hooplamagnet. What a blast from the past. Another kind of blast: MontePittmanWebMonte Pittman News Thanks for posting your thoughts on the Beg for Mercy post. You have made your point. Let's move on! @montepittmanwebmonte Pittman News lovingadam @oshi4real @kittykatsz this is currently the webmaster of Monte's site tweeting, not Monte. you know Monte's personal account. @montepittmanwebmonte Pittman News Thanks everyone. Feel free to send your complaints to webmaster (at) montepittman.com if you have more to say. @montepittmanwebmonte Pittman News This is a great time, we have lots of great music out there. Let's be positive and spread light & love. I swear I may have had a small explosion behind my left eye at the "spread light & love" line.

Could it be that he did not realize that and was less frustrated with the BFM stuff? He did disapprove of both projects but just wondering how this error factors in anything....Don't go all pounding on me....just asking a question as it is really not abundantly clear and feeds into all the Monte bashing....no not defending anything there either...heaven forbid....I am just asking the question. That was similar to my take on it. My first thought, when I read the tweet was.... he did not know the difference between the releases. That got the firestorm going on...everyone's "points of view". His.... fuck...for the buck came out in people's arguments as if this release was not legitimate. It seems one of these albums is may be legit, if they signed away their rights. PERIOD. If not legal lawyers will figure this out. Still a bummer that the timing is reprehensible. THANK YOU stampsgal....that is all I was referring too! Yikes

I agree that is likely but there seems a will not to read EXACTLY what ADAM said and I put in quotes. That is what I am asking/adressing. I repeat: " Beg For Mercy project is same as 'Take One'. some songs I worked on 5 yrs ago and never finished. This release comes as a surprise to me..." I read Adam's tweet to mean BFM is the same as Take One in that it is someone cashing in on old stuff that Adam doesn't want released. Not that it was the same songs.

Nope. Pretty sure Adam is right, and these two projects are both being driven by that same Malcolm dude. He may have distanced himself from it with an ever revolving door of label names, and a small staff of people busily astroturfing the interwebs about them, but it's him. And this confusion about it because there are two different simultaneous efforts to cash in on Adam? Exactly his plan. It also makes extremely difficult to call out or explain when a few facts are muddled in with the lies. I don't think it will significantly effect the success of Adam #2. But that doesn't mean I'm any less pissed about the while shady thing. And I suppose it is possible that Adam could use talking about it to highlight his earlier experience before Idol. But I would be willing to bet cash money that Adam would much rather talk about his own new music, and that this will be a continued source of irritation for him. I still think the less attention it's given in the media, the better. I agree that is likely but there seems a will not to read EXACTLY what ADAM said and I put in quotes. That is what I am asking/adressing. I repeat: " Beg For Mercy project is same as 'Take One'. some songs I worked on 5 yrs ago and never finished. This release comes as a surprise to me..." Adam and RCA have been fighting the release of all of this stuff, including the Citizen Vein material, for 2 years now. I can't imagine he's not fully aware of exactly who is behind the curtain on the other side, especially since it's the same producer dude who dangled a record contract in front of him back when all these recordings happened, and never delivered.

It is the same type situation as Take One.
