There is an interview where he actually mentions Hicklin and that performance was perhaps a reaction to that. It was within the past year and I'm sure there are members here who might remember when and where it was. I remember him mentioning it but have no idea when or where. That whole fiasco- from the performance itself through the aftermath- was a period that IMO affected him quite a bit. I think we may never know as he is good at keeping his cards close, but some of his mentions of how he was feeling in December '09 were pretty grim.

I just love him so fucking much. What a great article in the Advocate. I wanna cry. He finds it so difficult to walk the line. He doesn't need to, but he does.

OMG! Sooooooooooooo cute! (I hate her! LOL!) ;D I know right! GAH! I swear one of these I'm going to get over my fear and aim to get a picture or some kind of encounter with Adam. Not too much, just a good, warm, nice hug will do.

Even though I hesitate to suggest even more work for the hard-working mods .... I LOVE THIS IDEA! This would help to not only find important stuff but also would help me find comments I am looking for because I tend to remember things in a relational way, for instance 'somebody said that or posted that about midway through the day when we were discussing this' and just to be able to go to the approximate right day would be great. I do usually use search for this but anything would help. I'm not Q3 so I can't speak for her regarding the Daily News Threads. As MyS*&@^#r said, I do have all the important stories linked in the Archives for easy access. Linda what you probably could do is check the Archives for the date of the particular story/event you are interested in revisiting and use that date to figure out which Daily Thread to go to. 95% of the time I get the stories up the day they are out unless I am away for the day. ETA I see 4Msrmyn gave directions to the archives Thank you tinafea and 4Msrmyn, it never hurts to be reminded of the incredibly obvious. :-[ I read the Adam Tweets thread there all the time but it is like noticing a change in someone close to you ... you go on and on and then suddenly it slaps you in the face their hair is a different color or something. LOL. :

Nothing. I'm just link shy and can't remember who are the bad guys and who are the good. These are the WORST of the bad guys. These are the guys who did TAKE ONE. And this is even worse than Take One!!!! Heh heh heh. I accidentally clicked. However, I'm ok with it because I was quite fond of the comments. There are only about a 1/2 dozen (which is fine), but they are all very articulate and clearly state that the Paramount Sessions is old music. My favorite one is below: "Actually, fans have had the opportunity to hear these songs already, as they are the same tracks that were included on the wretched "Take One" album that was released by these bottom-feeders just before the "For Your Entertainment" album. So not only is this old dreck...it's not even "new" old dreck." ;D I think the response to the Moser article is spot-on. Both in quantity and quality. :D Now back to the Advocate flailing!!!!!
