Dear Mods, I was wondering if the Daily Threads in the index could be tagged on special days with whatever wonderful thing happened that day. I sometimes want to go back to look at stuff and can't remember what date they happened. For instance, for today just add "The Advocate Cover Story" after 10.17.2011 Daily News and Info. ??? Even though I hesitate to suggest even more work for the hard-working mods .... I LOVE THIS IDEA! This would help to not only find important stuff but also would help me find comments I am looking for because I tend to remember things in a relational way, for instance 'somebody said that or posted that about midway through the day when we were discussing this' and just to be able to go to the approximate right day would be great. I do usually use search for this but anything would help. I'm not Q3 so I can't speak for her regarding the Daily News Threads. As MyS*&@^#r said, I do have all the important stories linked in the Archives for easy access. Linda what you probably could do is check the Archives for the date of the particular story/event you are interested in revisiting and use that date to figure out which Daily Thread to go to. 95% of the time I get the stories up the day they are out unless I am away for the day. ETA I see 4Msrmyn gave directions to the archives  |

I found this statement in the article about the AMA performance very interesting.
I don't recall him being so specific about this reaction before. It makes total sense to me. It is the "missing link" in explaining to me why he spontaneously did what he did that night. Not that I think previous statements about "being in the moment" and "being inspired by Gaga or being competitive" were not truthful. But, I always felt like there was something more to his motivation. Particularly when coupled with the finger at the end.
Not that it matters at all, one way or the other. I just like the glimpse into his mind.
And, I loved the comments he made about being in a relationship. He does seem to be very happy, and more relaxed or settled in some way.

There is an interview where he actually mentions Hicklin and that performance was perhaps a reaction to that.
