Isn't he just saying "Earned" but in his own way.. With the T on the end I'd say there is a "it" at the end, probably referring to the drink. So either past tense - Earned It - or present tense - Earnin' It Based on the studio video shots from Camilla and his eye shadow, I'd say you are right. Past tense - worked hard, deserve to relax.

I think it means "earned." Sometimes you see the same thing done with "learned" and "learnt." It's kind of an old-fashioned usage. He shortened it up Adam-style. He must have been working hard and really ernt that drink.
