The current Idol winner singing the SSB at the World Series. (with a problem with the mic at the very beginning) And Season 8 runner-up singing the same song at a military base. Don't really need to comment, do I? cassie, I know I live in NY where country is not even played on the radio. But we were in our local pub and it was on TV. Three customers actually put their hands over their ears. On the other hand, most of the people at MJ's were saying how great it was. Saying he used so much mellisma(sp) and changed the melody, it was genius, blah blah blah. I guess my hearing is totally different from his fans. Plus, I know he's a nice kid and I wish him well, but he's hard to watch (funny faces, weird holding of the microphone, etc.) I don't mind some country music, don't mind Scotty, but didn't like this version of SBB. Too low, too weak. Adam never seems to strain or have to reach for notes when he sings SBB, which makes it a more inspiring experience. |

I love how at ease he looks here working with a music powerhouse! Probably because he deserves to be in such company :D. Sooo happy for him (and for us when we get to hear it)! |

I've been out of the country and without internet for the last week, but what a GREAT home welcoming!! I spent the last 24 hours playing catch-up with all the threads I've missed. So many goodies!!!
