Lets treat this the same as the Walmart listing. Need someone to tweet the site to RCApromo and drop a comment on the dedicated AO message board. Please drop a line here on ATOP when done so 1) we know it hasn't dropped through the cracks and 2) two dozen people don't report. Thanks guys! Running late for work! ETA: Please specify album versus single in message(s). They may be on two different timelines.

Don't forget to vote! www.omusicawards.comI've been voting thru my superfan page per rabbit's advice. I checked it out, and it is true that if you double click "next", it will give you two votes. Cuts voting time in half.

Before I go to bed... glittergma, where are you???And has anybody seen/heard from Lindy?? And does anyone know how glamnana is doing??? I was the one who posted the last message from glamnana about her illness. Haven't heard any more. Gelly did you end up PMing her? I'm thinking about glittergma too. She had a pet die recently, and I just put a sick cat down yesterday. Feeling raw.

Holst...so sadz...I know how you feel. time heals the heart.
SO happy to hear about BFM....BUT I'm wondering how Monte might feel. Is he pissed about the possibility of not getting added income from BFM? Or was he given a pay off of some sorts? I can't imagine how much monies it took to settle this dispute if any but still it must have cost RCA a pretty penny to shut it down.

aspenI love your post. So true. I often wonder though about all these people that discovered Adam after AI, just watching a video clip and got into the rabbit hole along with the rest of us. I'm always interested to listen to their stories. What was it that made them search further about him? Usually (I must say ALWAYS) when I listen to a new artist and I love him, I just listen to the song, maybe buy his album etc. But I don't try to do a whole research about him. It's truly fascinating. Something magical happens when you listen to his voice, your feelings explode, just like us when we listened to "mama" that's the only thing I can say. I've thought a lot about the "newbies," too, since I started my Adam stanning with the audition for AI. In my mind I always drew a parallel between marrying your high school sweetheart who you've always known, both him and his family and friends, and marrying a 2nd husband that you meet when you're 30 or so and everything about him is an unknown. I'm glad I "knew" Adam from the (sorta) beginning because I would've hated to miss anything. As it is, it aggravates me that I wasn't at those Upright Cafe appearances in person. And don't talk behind my back and say, "That girl's got issues!" I'm just into long term relationships.

As we wait for tweets from Nile Rodgers, hopefully accompanied by pictures with huge grins, I want to recommend this hilarious but oh so profound article for the denizens here at the nursing home. A short story to go along with it: I was reading this in a Schlotzky's about half way to my destination this weekend and laughing out loud. Three ladies next to me (grandmother, mother, daughter in her 20s) looked over and the mother made a smiling comment. I showed her the article and said it was about menopause but I think the title got to her because I was ignored and disapproved of after that. Oh, the Bible Belt. But you guys will enjoy: The Bitch Is Back: Are menopausal women mad, bad, and dangerous? Yes—but they’re really just returning to normal. www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2011/10/the-bitch-is-back/8642/
