Ya know I really don't care if the XFactor has professional singers on the show.. If it's done honestly. Show business is so hard and it's so impossible to really get a break. Even if you do get a break, especially on the stage ,who remembers you. So you can be somebody one day and the next you're on the unemployment line. I get it.. I just think maybe the Factor could go with that type of honesty,i.e. These are all great performers , they have done the following,we want you to see them and remember them because they are so talented.

I don't watch X-Factor (or any other singing show since AI8), but I want to say that the comments I was reading here re Stacy Francis reminded me of the comments re Adam back in his season: that he was a professional, and therefore somehow, did not "qualify" for AI... it used to infuriate me. I could not understand what difference it makes... but obviously - the back story and the lack of pro experience is for some reason correlated to the voting "passions". So, being that X-Factor is a TV SHOW and not a real singing contest - the producers RULE and CREATE the story lines. The cast - "contestants" - are playing their assigned roles - the ones that the said producers designed for them. Obviously - the roles are loosely based on the contestant's lives, but they are not intended to show the "full" picture... My point is that I wouldn't "blame" a cast member for the role they play, the same way I would not "blame" a reality show contestant for the way they are being portrayed. And if she is emotional enough to cry, because she really wants that fame and fortune - I really understand her. Adam almost cried after the B&W, and we all know why now, but we did not know then... Getting off my soap box.
The more important matter- is Adam in LA or still in NY? any sightings reported?
