Well I have now caught the Rugby World Cup FEVER and am excited to see the All Blacks spin their VOODOO magic as they execute their MASTERPLAN and cause the French to be BROKEN OPEN send them back DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE and I can't wait to get SOAKED in bubbly and STRUT in the AFTERMATH celebration of our SURE FIRE WINNERS!!!!!

eri9, I would have to be one of the most sportsaphobic people in NZ :
- seriously (all three of us). This country is sports MAD, and I am not, but even I have picked up on the 
vibe going on in Auckland right now. I've just got back from a trip up to the Kaipara Harbour and coming back, nearly home, on the Western Motorway we saw the 'Fan Trail' crossing over one of the overbridges on their way to Eden Park. In the brief glance I got - it was amazeballs, a solid line of people walking from the central city to the sports arena where tonights final will be held. They were all face painted, there were huge bunches of balloons, people were dressed up waving flags. The excitement was palpable. The friends that took me North today are on their way to the Cock n' Bull in Lynfield to watch the final. I shoulda gone, but really long day with lots to think about.... oh well!The Rugby World Cup, in this country over the last six (?) weeks has been HUGE! I read somewhere that it has brought over 100,000 people into the country to be a part of it.
So, in saying that...
They are/have been legends here for ever!
