Yeah I realized that after I went back and re read his tweet...seeing as how I don't give a crap about his blog (Or him generally lol) I am kinda..meh. Another big fat nothing...la te da....wake me up when something actually happens music wise lol. Yeah, I'm thinking it's time to hibernate in Adam Land. Too much foreplay and no followthrough makes me cranky, so it's time to stop taking off my clothes when I go to bed and just go to sleep instead. |

I'm wondering if this total lockdown on his new album is agood thing or a bad thing. Don't little leaked snippets and info help to build excitement? I mean yes us stans know a lot of info because we stalk twitter and such, but the general public doesn't know this shit. I just wonder if this total secrecy will bite him in the butt and why he is sooo locked down. It's kinda insane...I mean everyone has leaks...I don;t get it. Even Gaga's BEST ALBUM OF ALL TIME had multiple leaks...weeeird.
But what do I know? lol

I have openly asked if it's the right strategy in the past and still don't know. Only time will tell. I do believe 100 percent that it IS a deliberate strategy. He has kept things under Fort Knox security and seemingly punishable by death of ever anything leaks because tons of people have heard these songs and no one has uttered a word or note. Or "accidentally" emailed them to their entire address book.  I've always thought that those who suspected "deliberate leaks" were kind of cynical – like the deliberate sex tape in order to get a career or revamp a stalling one – but now I don't know ... I think they are likely a strategy as well (though leaks that are not deliberate still happen too, ofc). |

We know several collaborators, we know the sound includes electro, funk. We even heard a song, OOL! And I agree, that it's way too soon for other song leaks for an album coming out in Feb./Mar. I think Adam would, rightfully, want to keep that from happening this early. |
