Wal, my guess is it's same patch – it must reside in his "costume box," like Sauli's white contacts.
I'm with Mys*&@^#r, just because they shot an episode of Tutka at The Andaz, I don't think that means Sauli was staying there. Katri and cameraman, perhaps, but what would be the point of Sauli not staying with Adam by then as he would have stayed with him in January and February (and they had vacationed together twice). Why would he stay at a hotel after all that?
At what point did Sauli actually ship his stuff over? Who knows. It might have been a gradual thing.

 Well, he does look amazing with the eye patch(es) Yes, they kind of have same effect has hats for me. I find my eye is drawn to his eyes first, then hair, then lips, but when his eyes or hair are covered (at least partially), it emphasizes his mouth. And that of course is ...   |

ITA about the hotel and Sauli certainly would have stayed with Adam in LA during the Roadshow days. I just think its likely that there was a "stay at my place while you do the Roadshow and let's see where this relationship goes" period before they had the "come live with me and be my love" conversation  |
