Maybe ... but wow. I never heard of such a thing. By that measure, a bad review would be copyright infringement, because it would be urging people not to buy something. I don't get it. I think the possibility of this being a countersuit is a good one. I've watched enough Judge Judy to know that countersuits are often counterintuitive.  OMG yay! Going to you for legal advice henceforth. All I know about the court process I learned in old B&W movies. Is the dress code still pillbox hat with veil, gloves, and a lacy handkerchief?  |

This seems incredibly penny-ante. I don't see how Adam has in any way infringed on copyrights for any of the old Citizen Vein songs. This just seems like harassment. Am I missing something? Twitter thinks is has to do with "about not hindering or undermining finished product." As in Adam undermined their product  when he disavowed the old music. Maybe these people just want the attention for advertising BFM by launching a lawsuit? Don't see how they can win over the label lawyers. Can they withdraw the suing without losing any $$? Bieber is sued for fathering a baby and ask for paternity payment. WTF wrong with these people!! |

It's been about 15 years since I moved to St. Louis from SoCal. While I was still out there, a friend of mine went to court for a traffic ticket, and was told that the judge would not see her because she was wearing culottes. |

I'm leaving now, I promise. But in Austin Texas I think the courts are just glad if people show up wearing clothes at all. In most places around here, wearing a clean t-shirt is considering being "dressed up."  |

I have to tell someone who will understand (the 4 dogs are just ignoring me now; their bellies are full and they want to nap). Just brought in my mail and I'm flailing so hard! I was already so happy that Adam will be on my tv Sunday, but now my friend's sweet son has surprised me by sending me his copy of The Advocate!
I have lots of Adam's pics on my computer, but the hard copy makes me soooo happy. *sitsandstares*
