This is not as deep as a 2000 year cycle or Age of Aquarius.
But I am wondering about two things:
If things are going to get as big as I am beginning to sense it now, meaning that they are getting bigger and better than we have ever dreamed they would, then Adam must have been on pins an needles latest since August, fearful that anything of all this would leak and at the same time almost exploding inside from all the things he had to hide from us (and still is hiding). He was running around since around that time with this knowing smile on his face. Someone here commented that he looks like the cat who had the cream - yup. He knew he had to reach November without major leeks and he did. Rock-solid network in place.
Now he can control the trickle of information he is letting out and if a few leaks (like this UK charts guy and his deleted tweet) get added to the mix, it becomes manageable or not important.
I think we are going to see a completely a-typical roll-out of the single, with US radio as one player, but not the initiator or stage setter beyond the US market itself. Adam must be holding a few HeWhoCannot amed cards in his hands to be able to play it like this and maybe the Queen card is one of those HeWhoCannot amed cards. I suspect there are a few more coming.
But in this context I was thinking back to that day when Adam gave a little interview and he pretended to not remember Brian May's name. Does anybody by any chance remember when and where that was or have that video. I recall at the time that I was not buying it. I thought that Adam was bluffing, but ended up dismissing it as me interpreting things into his video. My recollection is that I thought he was acting, but pulled it off completely convincingly WHILE he performed the "I forgot that name" routine. But I thought he messed up afterward, because a normal reaction would be to be a bit flustered or embarrassed, if something like that happened to you in real life, but instead he just stared into the camera with a very determined 'do-not-look-away-from-the-camera-right-now' conscientious empty stare.
And I thought at the time, well if this was a bluff to make us think he is not doing anything with Queen, then he just achieved the opposite. But then when nothing happened with Queen in the weeks following, I thought I was just seeing things and dismissed my own theory.
Well, now I want to know, when this interview was, because if he was really bluffing at the time, he was a pretty darn good actor while he said it, just did not keep the acting going long enough. Now I would love to review the video one more time and know from when it was to see it with what I know now.
Anybody have that tape or know from when or where it was?
