chunkey... you have been uncharacteristically FLAILY and berting hard these past few days!!! It's so niiiiiiiiiiice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ;D Heee yes! I am flaily and Berty because of the prospect of an actual new performance!! MUSIC!! It's all about the voice/music for me, and even tho the rest is fun and distracting and lulzy it's never been about the boyfriend, the glambulge, the hair....ok maybe the hair a little bit LOL...And add in the fact he could be singing with Queen, whom are pretty kick ass--thanks Dad for bringing me up on classic rock and playing that Queen greatest hits cassette tape for us when me and my brother were youngins!!--and that all adds up to MAJOR FLAIL from me. *sits back with popcorn gifs at the ready and alcohol should we be majorly let down* |

Anyone knows what are a "Music Services Agreement" and a "Co-publishing Agreement", as opposed to a "Recording Contract"? MSA -- I pay you for work, I own it. Looks like this it legal Russian Roulette -- I can't imagine that Welsford can win. Seems like a vicious and desperate act to me. |

I swear I remember something about Adam saying he was released from these earlier contracts before appearing on Idol. He mentioned a specific meeting with someone for that very purpose. I also remember something along these lines too, but my memory of exactly 'where' is probably worse than yours. #youarenotalone  I hope he got it in writing!!! |

Ok I change my mind.....I want a We will rock you/We are the champions number because it will rile up the crowd like WOAH.....and then the slow balled. Wait that may be counter productive. Hmmm lemme make a playlist here LOL....Fuck I want it all!! (heh he can do that song too lulz...although lately they have been using that song for commercials for Value City Furniture so if he were to sing that all I would be able to think of is how I really need to buy a sectional or dining room table....)

I'm kind of liking the idea that as long as this is pending in court, BFM sales are halted. RCA can drag this out in court for a very long time. Adam's album can be released long before this is settled. Welsford is screwed. ;D |

I have had a lot to do with lawsuits, but of course I know only the Finnish law. I'm quite sure that at least here he couldnt' win. You must make a complaint as soon as you become aware of a violation. If you make it after many years, it will be regarded that you have already accepted the thing that has happened. |
