Hmmm.... Was just checking out mj's, and a poster named Ringo had a very interesting comment (if you lurk here too, HI!!!) Is there any way to get a different judge? But isn't this person's point that the judge is not one who would go easy on a bs claim by the plaintiffs (Welsford & co.)? So good for Adam in other words. |

Cannot tell which way he would go. According to the reviews (many from attorneys) it sounds like he takes sides based on whims and which lawyer annoys him most, not actual legal standings. ETA: I don't care that he's a Bush appointee. I care that a judge that Adam is depending on has a reputation for laziness, arbitrariness, and a disregard for facts. His "hardass-ness" seems to be more about personal bullying versus strict adherence to legal guidelines. |

I am less worried about the law suit itself, than the smear campaign regarding idol eligibility violation.... They are making it sound like Adam deliberately lied to audition, which is a serious blow to his reputation, regardless of the outome of the law suit. I hope either RCA or American Idol will step up to clear up the issue. Why do I hear Perez somewhere in this picture.. sounds like the stacy BS ,except with lawyers. Why does this record producer want to try to ruin Adam's career,if he played his cards right and honestly ,Adam's success could help him. Don't get the whole thing just totally corrupt,and appears to be like blackmail.Monty ,Monty who?? I hope this case doesn't hold up Adam's single and new album. Wasn't it just a few hours ago we were all caught up in the secret Adam performance and now we have a new GATE before us... Geez talk about the roller coaster. |

Any info on Joseph Gordon Slimeford's attorney? Because if he's just as slimely as Slimeford than I would guess that the judge would probably come down hard on him. |

X db 4 hours ago I was curious about this tweet. I noticed several pages back the arrival of other performers in Belfast, and one tweet from David Guetta regarding rehearsal. I was kind of wondering why Adam wouldn't be in Belfast rehearsing for the show. Is this dinner and drinks today? Just curious. |

I know nothing, of course, but I imagine they must have a rehearsal schedule? And so maybe Adam didn't have to be there quite yet. How long is it to fly to Belfast-- an hour or so? He'll probably head over there tomorrow morning. |

Why does something always happen right when something big is happening for Adam? Because the world is full of lowlifes. 1. Too late to disqualify him from AI 2. RCA and 19E aren't going to "share" 3. There's not a jury in the universe who would not recognize what's going on here. I was chilled out from dinner and a movie and this started to get me stressed, then I thought better of it. SHOW IS ONLY 43 OR SO HOUR AWAY.... Sauli is with Adam in London. And, and, and lots of good stuff. |

Do we know that this was in London? cause lack of rehearsal worries me...may be his time slot to rehearse is on Saturday...or may be he is presenting and not singing - would be a travesty...but who knows...he rehearsed with Kiss for 40 mins and we know what quality product he produced... I guess I talked myself into "adam does not need much time to rehearse"...clearly IDK what I am saying :-[ |
