OMG look, Adam is listed amongst the performers in the "Main Show" on the EMA Wiki page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_MTV_Europe_Music_Awards#Global_IconWeird how they list a song for everyone but him... OMG please make time go faster!!!!!!!!!! Although, for a reference, they use Adam's own tweet, LOL. Okay, back to knowing nothing  2011 MTV Europe Music Awards From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia  Maybe Adam's song was not listed because he will be performing with THE Queen? And the CLOSER? |

I am less worried about the law suit itself, than the smear campaign regarding idol eligibility violation.... They are making it sound like Adam deliberately lied to audition, which is a serious blow to his reputation, regardless of the outome of the law suit. I hope either RCA or American Idol will step up to clear up the issue. I have to respectfully disagree that Adam's reputation is in jeopardy. Headlines will always be salacious, but facts don't usually back them up, plus Adam has established himself as a nice, honest, loyal guy, and I don't think this kind of smear campaign will change that. Between his fans and friendly media, not to mention his label and co-workers on # 2, I think Adam can sleep peacefully at night - or morning, or whenever the heck he fits it in. |

Hmmm.... Was just checking out mj's, and a poster named Ringo had a very interesting comment (if you lurk here too, HI!!!) Is there any way to get a different judge? Adam does not need a different judge. He posted 4 songs on his My Space page and the damage to CP is minimal. CP is not a party to the Adam-Idol contract so has no claim here. Basically they want to release BFM. Adam should take the bastards to court and bleed them dry with legal fees. At the worst he'll end up on CNN Headline News with Nancy Grace. The Copyright infringement claim is ludicrous. My local IP attorney tell me this is all piker shit. |

But maybe the surprise isn't just him performing - maybe it really is a brand new Freddie Mercury penned song that will be heard for the first time! That would explain why there is no title listed.
