I had a trip down memory lane and re-watched the AI8 performances thanks to 4Ms wonderful thread. Giggled in delight throughout - it's been awhile. On a sidenote: The talent that year puts XFactor to shame. (IMHO).
HAPPY BIRTHDAY UGGYBEAR AND FANADAMA!Ditto the Happy Birthdays to uggybear & fanadama! I think all of the kids were better that season because Adam was there as a built-in mentor. Kris, Allison, Anoop, Lil and others said Adam helped them out. I don't remember Danny admitting Adam helped him, but he did say that he watched the performances of others to improve. At the time, we all thought he meant he was watching and mimicking Adam and wouldn't give him (Adam) credit. Matt had a lot of performing experience before Idol as a dueling-piano player. I assume that means he played in bars. |

I swear I don't want to start a discussion, but I had to laugh then share this with all of you. Did the label send food to entertain the office/audience when Adam sang? Well! That's not fair!
