I feel your pain. IKR! And I would say we are in one of the biggest Spanish speaking areas of the US! Once again! WTF?!!!

I slept for four hours, and I woke up thinking, "This is Adam's day." I couldn't be happier or more excited for him until after the performance, and then I hope to be euphoric. What a full circle moment... auditioning for idol with Queen, singing with Queen on the finale, and now singing with them on a world wide stage... Adam always loving Freddie coming up, always talking about him as an influence and mentor and inspiration in his life, mentioning him always in all those what- famous-person-would-you-like-to-have-dinner-with questions... To now have that influence indirectly put him back in another awards show, ready to explode on a worldwide stage, because Brian May recognized his kindred spirit, his crazy Freddie like talent and his true real-deal-ness... and have the chance, at the same time, to honor Freddie and pay tribute to a man who has been key in influencing the performer he is today... is beautiful harmony, a perfect lyric. I hope Freddie, Queen and Adam blow everyone away with the music that their moment creates. oh i like all the spirals you are weaving. i just discovered Freddie made his public debut in a place in England called BOLTON I wonder if thats linked to the mistake John made in his 2009 interview when he was talking about Adam's finale experience and called him Adam Bolton??? Wow! Roger was thinking of Freddie!!! That is way way cool!!!!!!!

So frustrating! I know I am not allowed to anst today, but I have been on the phone with DirecTV for 20 minutes trying to order this channel. Getting the same: you don't have the right kind of dish, it's not available for you. Asking to speak to a supervisor, on hold now for 10 minutes! ETA: I have been told that I do not have the right dish to receive international programming! But they could order one for me. WTAF? I live near the border, everyone down here has spanish channels on their dish! I have the oval - HD dish. What else can I do?

Forgive me for asking this because it's probably been answered already, but in my heightened excitement, I just couldn't find it. I have unavoidable family errands to run this morning. What time do I need to be home to catch the live stream? I'm on the West Coast. Thanks!!!

Thats very interesting! I see everything you say in him. I havent read the Lestat books (and tbh tom cruise in the film didnt pull me in...) but i DO see adam as very special, unusual, huge hearted, lover of the Beautiful. I was gonna say he's an Arabian among horses, but I actually wanna say. he's sui generis, the original of a species. The INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE series was incredible. Book # 3 was a tough go, but the others were fabulous. As usual, when they make the movie, they cast star of the month, which is why strong, well-defined characters suffer at the hands of a pretty face. You should read them, they're worth your time. A good primer to get you introduced to her is THE MUMMY. It's like reading THE FOUNTAINHEAD before you ever even attempt ATLAS SHRUGGED.
