Dearest Adam,
Just in case you didn't know, we have been on a wild ride waiting for this album. And I understand if it is pushed back for whatever reason -- this stuff happens. But honestly, I really can pass on the wild ride for a bit and would just like some music.
So here's an idea....how about a concert or four just to fill the time. Or if that isn't possible, then maybe just throw an extra track or two our way. You must have recorded 50 tracks by now and perhaps one or two of them are really good but do not fit in with your vision for the album.

If they have an issue with the pre-Idol contracts --- there is a 4-year statute of limitations on written contracts in California. The contract with Welsford was signed on February 12, 2008. 4 years is up on February 12, 2012. Just a thought -- although without copies of the contract there is no way to know if there is anything in that contract.
There is nothing in the court filings in the new case that indicates any conflict with RCA or 19R.
So rationally, I can't see any way they are connected BUT my stomach says they are connected.
