Ok, speculation time. The deleted tweet says that "all our questions will be answered" in the RS interview. I still maintain it's the cover. Don't wanna hear you if you think otherwise haha. For such a high-level interview, my understanding is that it's better/expected that the artist has some sort of exclusive "scoop" for the magazine. Any PR experts here to corroborate that? (hey, I'm a psychologist, not a PR person, so I might be totally off base) So. What do you think that exclusive info revealed in the RS interview be? Options: - stuff about Sauli (he's been tight lipped on that) - collabs, etc about the new album. Names of songs. Letting them listen to the new album - information about why he changed his management company That's all I got. Thoughts? Stuff about Sauli? I hope not! I agree with Adam on keeping some things private. Plus, why would RS do a major article on someone's relationship? I'm going with #2, with maybe a little bit of #3 mixed in. Adam isn't the type to talk too much about the negative sides of things. If he does talk about moving to DMG, the information will have a positive spin on it. There's no way he is going to trash his previous management company. Oh yeah, I agree it would be positive. I was just wondering in terms of topics. And about Sauli: I also hope he keeps as tight lipped as possible, but I think it's possible we'd get a picture of the two of them as part of the article (depicting "personal life", you know, like the pics of him and Cheeks in the other RS article). And there's no way Sauli will not come up in some form. Every celeb gets asked about their significant other (see Ellen about her wife, etc). But I do agree that he will not open the door too much into their relationship, and that's good. Speaking of Ellen: I am sooo looking forward to having Adam on Ellen again. They have so much to talk about!! |

Me too! I don't think I had heard it before. Does anyone have Freddie's version of this handy? A couple of friends want to hear it to compare to Adam's. They have so much to talk about!! I agree, it is normal to ask about your SO or have the ever present question of "Are you dating anyone". Adam is smart to keep that part as private as he possibly can. In the Advocate interview, he actually had to stop himself.  He is just such an open book and loves to talk and share with others. I think Adam is being respectful to Sauli and to the relationship when he keeps it as private as possible. I really appreciate the fact that Sauli does the same thing in his blogs. They are both taking this relationship seriously and are being wise about how much to share. I'm also looking forward to the Ellen visits again! I love her and they have so much fun together! |
