I expect this link has been posted but when I read the comment that made the comment below, in red, I just has to say something. Trust me, for me to put my name out there, I must have been really riled . music.uk.msn.com/adam-lambert-to-front-queen?_p=fa0f5270-8ba1-41fb-a19c-f5e209028ec8&_nwpt=1btw, the journalist really did like Adam I'm sorry for not having more of his history at my fingertips (and for plagiarising keyboard at the end, but it seemed a good chance to set some of the record straight on a big UK site. If anyone can pop over there and give my comment the thumbs-up, It might help to get it read more. "Bank-worker Dan: sorry but you know NOTHING: "manufactured, T.V created popstar whos had one or two hits". This is a typical UK comment spoken from true ignorance. Adam Lambert has been in the entertainment business since he was 10 (he's now 29) during which time he did amongst other things, have operatic training. He's done clubs, toured in Europe with Hair and so much more until he decided to change up a gear and use Idol to give himself a platform. From the album (produced in 3 months while touring with the Idol top 12 show (50 of them), he's had gold and platinum hits across the world (except of course for the ever stuck-up, blinkered UK.) btw I am a Brit. He took the numbers from that album and performed them at 117 live shows across the world that were 96% sold out when other 'big' artists were cancelling. He never failed once to perform and every night was different. (Go buy the Glamnation Live cd and educate yourself- it really is live). Adam is the most gracious, generous performers around and it was typical of him that he went unnamed for the Queen performance. He never tried to replace Freddie, he paid homage to him. One of his most charming attributes is his honest to god admiration for other talents and the thrill he gets from being in their company.
And btw, he's acknowledged by almost all those in the 'business' to be the best male vocalist around."

That was a nice response JustGill -- I would love 2-3 ADAM+Queen shows. But I want the Adam Lambert TBD (Adam #2) Tour.
