Can anyone explain to me exactly what Adam is being sued for? The reports keep making it sound as if he's being sued because he wasn't eligible to be on Idol, but of course that's ridiculous because only Idol could pursue legal action for that, and these people aren't Idol. Is he being sued for trying to stop the album release, or for saying negative things about the album? I've read some explanations and I'm still unclear about the specific complaint.

Two days in a row I turned on MTV at 8, still in bed, and this naked man is interviewed on the EMA stage. He walkes off with unblurred body parts dangling and I can´t help wondering how our poor children will recover from the chock.
Then I change channel to Daily Cook Challenge till it´s time for Queen. I can´t stand Gagas fake tears and crawling on stage. I can´t stand that woman, period. Sorry!
And then Queen and Adam and I can go to work with a big smile on my face. My bf admitted A was great and I said, I told you so, and eyerolled at him.
