When I go to Amazon, there is no longer a comment section under BFM. Should there be? If there is, send me link, please. I have an account, but doesn’t seem to help. There are comment sections for the single, as it is already available. There is no section for the CD because it is not yet in release (date scheduled = Nov 21). However, at the bottom of the page you can see a number of discussion groups set up to talk about the CD and the underhanded way it is being released. Interestingly, the narrative for the CD now clearly states that this is pre-idol stuff, not his new material. Thanks, Cassie

Growing up my girlfriends used to say my eyes were connected to my bladder. I was a crier until I had kids. Until Adam came along I had control of my emotions (I have been behaving like an adult for at least the last 45 years). Now, however, I have to admit I have been crying for the last four days. If I am not out and out crying, my eyes are swimming in tears. All I have to do is hear the opening of TSMGO and it starts. When I go through ATOP, you guys make we cry again with your writings. I keep wondering if I will ever recover from the EMAs. I am not a religious person anymore, but I feel like I had a religious experience. It is the most crazy, unlikely thing to happen to this old broad. I wish I could pick out one favorite moment, but I can't. I was just overwhelmed with Adam, his presence and his voice. Irish Your post made me cry! (and I'm at work - snap out of it, Evergreen!!!)

Isn't it a Maserati that Adam wants? He did say something about a Maserati a long time ago, didn't he? When was that, and what was the context? #swisscheesemind He was asked about his dream car in Singapore during GNT at 2:15.

www.nme.com/news/queen/60317Queen guitarist Brian May has said he believes his band's legacy has endured so well because they "speak for common people". Speaking to the BBC, May said that he felt that the band's honesty in their songwriting was the reason that they were still so well regarded. Asked why Queen's legacy had endured, May said: "We're not the most technically accomplished, we're not virtuosos. We speak how we feel and I think we speak for common people. We've always been a people's band. We're not locked into any time frame, we speak for people's dreams, hopes and aspirations and I think that endures." The band were speaking ahead of their appearance at the MTV EMAs on Sunday (November 6) where they were presented with the Global Icon Award a nd performed 'We Are The Champions' with guest singer Adam Lambert.

I, like everyone, love every second of the performance, but vocally my favourite parts are the very beginning - the first couple of seconds when the realisation hit that it is ONLY Adam!!! :D
The last note of TSMGO is up there with the best note he has ever sung, ever! And I have heard him sing a lot of notes! ;D
I also love how he sings "bad" in "and bad mistakes" with a slight gravelly tone and also "few" in "I've had a few" where he goes "few -ooo" into a brief falsetto...subtle but brilliant.
I don't think I've shared the first time I watched the performance, but this is how it was for me:
I watched the live stream in my classroom, at the very beginning of morning tea, on my laptop, listening through headphones with several 8&9 year old kids still hanging around.... needless to say I had to hold in my emotions, and it was quite probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do! LOL! I was shaking, heart thumping, holding back tears, hand clamped over my mouth to stop myself from yelling in ecstasy!!! Hope no kids were watching me!! - If they were, I wouldn't know...could not take my eyes off the screen! Later on after school I watched the broadcast on NZ tv - on big screen, stereo sound and I could actually appreciate it and completely let myself go...and have watched it countless times since...
