Q3 A BIG thank you for all you do! It must be really hard to gather all the info for all of us!  Yes, Q3 you totally rock. I simply do not understand how you do this??? Are you a wonderwoman, alien or something? Amazed especially by yesterday's daily news  and laughed my ass off with the intro to Halloween thread. ;D You are a treasure to us and the rest of the fandom.  Q3 you are amazing and I don't understand how you pull everything together everyday either. |

I used 7-zip (free download) Looks great! Terra is still looking for a better sound. I don't think it looks any better than the 720 file, but I noticed a slight off synch with that one, and the larger file has no synch problems. |

After multiple viewings and listenings I am sure we are developing our favorite bits of the performance, as separate from the overall complete awesomeness of the whole thing. A few have been mentioned, the walking backwards trying to cast a spell on Brian May during We are Champions; the hip pump on the "hard man" lyric in We Will Rock You; the turning his back on audience and walking back towards drummer during We are Champions; and on and on; when he sings the "my soul is painted like the wings of butterflies" (a line that could almost be used to describe Adam)... So what's your favorite bits either of performance aspect or singing aspect (again in no way diminishing the whole awesomeness)? You've picked some of my favorites. Gelly filled in more.  I especially like "my soul is painted like the wings of a butterfly." I think he changes keys at that point but I'm no music expert so don't quote me. I also love the bow he does when he sings "but my smile stays on." I've rewound that part a number of times. |

I love the part after "fly my friends" to "on with the show" because you think he already sounds so high and so great, and the he goes even higher and greater and I'm all asdlkfjgkhvahrekhr!!!! I"m so happy I finally have a downloaded version I am happy with!! Gonna make a dvd now. (Now, if terra or someone does another one with even better sound I'll be doing it all over again.) |

To all the great moments mentioned in the thread I want to add the very end of TSMGO when he slides up and then all the way DOWN - quite unexpectedly I might add. The same with the end of the performance where Adam goes into the pure ADAM-lets-cover-as-many-arpeggio-type-slides-as-possible...L.O.V.E. I.T. I absolutely adore the bow part, as well as the backwards walk inviting Brian to follow - I LOVE the theatrics of it Also - the syncopation moments at "my friends" and "to the end" - i think it added to the complexity and was unexpected as well. I asked myself - what do I not like? - and I cannot answer this question. (except for the hair... :-[) |
