A comment from the DDD forums, referencing Adam in MAXIDROM 28.05.11 - Adam Lambert - Fever Sariel984 at www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_Cua4Oz55I&feature=player_embedded : "Oh, on Fever he hit his lowest live note! At 0:17... it's a B2. A C3 in the studio version, he takes it down a semitone live but usually he avoids the B2. Nice job! And that Sleepwalker was nuts! Maybe even better than the Club Nokia version." Huh? What? Where? Sorry to burst your bubble but.... nope. The note is an E3. A rich, full E3, but not his lowest note. Every night on tour he hit a tone and a half lower at the beginning of Aftermath. Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but, as great as Adam sounded in Moscow, and as wonderful as some of the riffs, runs, and high notes were, the notes were no higher or lower than normal for his concert. I think that after six months with no new concert videos, it is a bit like hearing him for the first time, all over again. We forget how friggin' incredible this man sounds in full concert mode. LOVE IT!

LOVE IT! Oh that makes more sense! So the B2 on American Idol still reigns as his live low note, unless I missed something pre-Idol.

Anybody else give this a listen? Does it seem like Adam lost his sound feed? He recovered really well. Either that, or maybe he just did not remember the words, decided to dance instead and continue on the next verse? Oooh, this lady singing over Adam is tad annoying... Could be, Postfestumpf..dunno. It just surprised me. I do remember when he forgot SFW during GN and could joke around to an American crowd that 'he couldn't remember the words to his own song' and on he went with the second verse. Bet he would have made a joke out of this too if he spoke Russian. JMO Thing about the lady singing that I appreciated was that she was in Russia. Now she might have been from Connecticut, but I thought that was very special peeps knew the words to his songs. Not' for our entertainment', but they had fun...LOL

Anybody else give this a listen? Does it seem like Adam lost his sound feed? He recovered really well. OOOOO. OUCH!!!! Poor baby. He is missing the keyboards or maybe part of the backing track here. Consequently, he can't find the key. (The audience can't either. haha.) All he has to set the key is a very low, throbbing bass line, and from the stage it was probably very muddy with hardly any discernible pitch. Have to say that I noticed the lack of the keyboards in several numbers. I'm sure it was a real challenge because the keyboards provide so much of the harmony filler --- to a greater degree than the bass or Monte's keyboard. Wish Zac had filled in. Oh, well. The concert was a great success, and that's what matters.
