I was reading this article and the last line caught my attention and validated the wisdom of Queen being introduced just as QUEEN at the EMAs with no mention of Adam. For that performance he was just a member of the group, no egos involved. I'm pretty sure they all knew that the question of who was singing would not be an issue once the performance was over. Thanks, Gelly - but - nope - vid is only 3:11...... I have seen lots of comments here asking why they don't have the whole medly, esp. since that's what the title is. Gelly, have you noticed the 2 different versions of this, see my post p.4, let me know I'm playing the same one over and over and sometimes it is 3:11 and others it is the full 7:33.  |

That way the Freddie purists can't get all crazy on us and the chosen singer won't be constantly compared to Freddie by everyone. However, when it comes down to who can sing these songs and do it well, they are right....... "they have a lead singer problem." I've said it a gazillion times. they had a lead singer that was pretty much irreplaceable. I think we will be seeing Adam and Queen again. I really do. But I think we will see Queen and others too. I hope Brian and Roger continue to perform, maybe not a tour, but at least special events. |
