Just checked in and saw all the birthday wishes. Thanks!!!
I also want to apologize for having offended at least one person I know of and maybe more for my comment a while back. This is why I don't post much. I'm not a flailer but like to keep up with information on Adam. Thanks again and back to lurking tomorrow.

Are some of us actually finding fault with the reviewer who said all the same things about Adam, that we've been saying for years..I love what he said and believe it fully. Finally a critic that gets Adam totally.. You won't hear me utter one word against this wonderful writer. Huh?? All I've seen is someone nicely pointing out that the writer included a former member of Queen as a current member. This really had nothing to do with Adam or with what we have been saying for years. When a writer gets facts wrong, they didn't fact check. It doesn't mean their opinions or their review is then considered to be incorrect! Is that what you think people are saying or thinking? ??? Nice article! Add another one to the bert list! Oh OK sorry Tigerlily.. I guess I'm willing to overlook any missteps by writer...LOL

Regarding those MTV video statistics, I've seen quite a few tweets advising people to run those videos in a loop "to get his numbers up" and while I agree that it can make a good marketing tool so that MTV sees how popular he is, I also wonder how much of these views are due to new fans discovering. I really hope the fan base is broadening, but not sure how much I can trust these numbers.

Here's the text for John Kearns article; I really needed to save these words : . GLAMBERT RULESIf anyone was in any doubt that Adam Lambert was a superstar-in-waiting, his performance with Queen at the MTV EMA 2011 will dispel any question of whether or not this singer is the real deal. Lambert’s adoring fans have known for a couple of years that their hero has everything it takes to be a total musical icon. His introduction to the limelight was of course on American Idol and his amazing vocal range, total charisma and androgynous beauty made the United States sit up and take notice.
This artist is brimming with star quality and has all the credentials to be the biggest pop/rock phenomenon on the planet for the next five years. If the work ethic muscle continues to be flexed and lady luck smiles Adam could seriously be on the way to another stratosphere.
It’s like a powerful machine with all the necessary components firmly in position and the engine is ready to roar. The mechanical side of things is in perfect working order – great albums already recorded with another even better one ready to drop and that undeniably killer voice ready to be unleashed. The sleek chrome-plated design is also prepared and polished – Adam’s sartorial sparkle and image so elegantly complete the picture.
Some artists are all about the music and others have an image bigger than their actual talent, whereas this singer shines like a diamond in both departments. Gifted and glamorous in equal measure Lambert is set to blow through the industry like a stylish swaggering superstar storm and claim his place as the new king of the download charts.
Speaking of royalty, the manner in which he tackled those throat-bursting Queen anthems was an astounding spectacle to behold. There is no hiding place when it comes to taking on a Freddie Mercury vocal and the medley of musical monuments were expertly executed by Lambert with room to spare. May, Taylor (and Deacon) were genuinely thrilled to have him on board and I’m sure Freddie would most definitely have approved of the band’s choice for microphone duties on the night.
Credit where it is due – Adam Lambert is an awesome performer and a megastar in the making. The fact is that he always has been; it’s just been kept a bit of a secret until now.

Majors & Minors was so great and Adam did such a wonderful job - loved it. What I'm not loving as much is our Upcoming Events section - looking pretty scant. Hope it beefs up soon! Reading Cassie's post and watching the videos I was able to resist posting, but now I have to. Every time I beat myself up over being such an invested fan and trying to figure out how it happened, something like Adam in all his sweetness and awesomeness on M & M. just one week after all the fierceness at the EMAs, the explanation falls into place. I have to do that once a month or so when I think back to when I actually had a life. :

Well - "Beg For Money" is down to #98 on Amazon. ;D It was up to #70 at one point. I just hope those moneygrubbers don't make enough to cover their expenses. >:(
