Thank you. But, sorry I didn't clarify, I meant there was two separate print articles where two of the Major and Minors kids had expressed that Adam had helped them a lot, and one said that he was their favorite mentor. I just don't remember in what publication it was in, but I think it was a month or two ago. And thanks again Wal for the twitter exchanges. They seemed to really have been having fun. And do anyone think that some of those children were studying Adam and trying to channel him in their performance? They were just so cute

Majors & Minors was so great and Adam did such a wonderful job - loved it. What I'm not loving as much is our Upcoming Events section - looking pretty scant. Hope it beefs up soon! Reading Cassie's post and watching the videos I was able to resist posting, but now I have to. Every time I beat myself up over being such an invested fan and trying to figure out how it happened, something like Adam in all his sweetness and awesomeness on M & M. just one week after all the fierceness at the EMAs, the explanation falls into place. I have to do that once a month or so when I think back to when I actually had a life. : ccsnow, your avi is adorable! please post more! ... and I bet this life is not any worse than the life you used to have ;D

Well - "Beg For Money" is down to #98 on Amazon. ;D It was up to #70 at one point. I just hope those moneygrubbers don't make enough to cover their expenses. >:( Nonotme posted a good reminder recently in the A/M thread: Often times an album with what seems like a relatively high number on amazon or itunes really has not sold as many copies/downloads as one might think. It depends on what else is selling and how much. I know that when my husband and I bought 4 copies of one of our son's albums (small label indie, so not big sales) on amazon at one point a few years ago, that was enough to see it move up a chunk in the ratings number. Also, son's newest album was #70 on the billboard 200 the first week it was released, and that was because it sold 7,000 copies! So, fear not, rankings may not indicate as many sales as one might think.ETA: RE BFM, I just loved Bridgeymah's take on that acronym: Braying for Money (LOL)

stampsgal Since I'm outside of the US I can tell you this. I tried to watch these videos and the strange thing is that I can watch SOME of them. In fact I can watch the Queen Adam performance and the FYE and WWFM video. I cannot watch TFM or IIHY or the unplugged versions, which is really weird. Why can I watch only some of them? MTV Greece has the unplugged sessions, I've been watching them constantly and also the IIHY video, but the whole situation is really weird about the US site. Interesting!!! As soon as I read this...I went to check again...and I have never been able to view any from this site... and still can't. I am not in the US either. I did notice for the first time at the top of the page they have ...We notice you are from out of country, you will get better access if you go to ...then they list Canada MTV internet address. HOLY COW!!! I have been to MTV Canda many times before but...Canada MTV site is set up differently. I did eventually find the videos...but seemingly....not readily apparent anyway .... no counter for most views/comments etc. But I STILL PLAYED the TWO VIDS OF EMA QUEEN! Can't get enough of my Queen!

Question. Do anyone happen to have links to the contestants from Majors and Minors where they were talking about Adam? I remember some time ago, there were two contestants who said that he was their favorite guest mentor. One was a female, Emily I think, and the other a male. But I can't remember if the male was Josh or Cameron who said it? www.toacorn.com/news/2011-09-22/Dining_(and)_Entertainment/Singer_to_compete_for_record_deal.htmlthis link is located in the September News Round Up. There are other articles there as well

Happy birthday Jo!! BTW guys when the record companies send out promo packages to radio stations these files are individually watermarked in a way that the copies can be traced back to a specific file. These people will take no chances of leaking this material because they would get fired when it traced back to their copy. U2 had a major leak once that they actually traced back to a high level exec which although they didn't in actuality fire him his life was sure miserable afterwards. One of the coolest things about ATOP is the knowledgeable people. Thanks for sharing. About the music being previewed and the possibility of there being confusion, I think we need to chill and not buy problems. We should be worrying about real issues, like the fact we haven't gotten an Adam picture from Katy's party.

That article is nice--even if it does read like an Examiner article lol--but Deacon is not with the band and hasn't been for years so that glaring error kinda hits the credability of this article lol. But it's nice to have someone flailing. Yep....It's fabulously berty and I got all excited until I noticed the Deacon fail. I was gonna send it to my son and a few others who have mocked my Lambert obsession, but that stopped me in my tracks. Darling son would latch onto that like a bloodsucker and all the other superlatives would be null and void. *sighs* Is this a real paper?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO!!! I meant to say it earlier.

I guess I just don't know enough about the inner workings of radio, but I'm finding it difficult to understand how a release like BfM could be confused with his RCA-backed lead single. Do major labels make a habit of just sending out lead singles from highly anticipated albums by their artists with no advance warning, no previews, no word whatsoever? I don't believe that. So why wouldn't they side-eye a song popping up out of the blue like BfM? IDGI. But I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I can shed light on it. I think you are giving the people who work at stations too much credit. Not to be rude, but to many of them, it's just a job. Something comes in or they are told there's something new, they play it. I know 4 or 5 ppl who work in radio, different capacities, one a DJ. Since I've been following Adam and learning the ins and outs, I seem to know more than he does. I would never say that to him, but it's true.
