Hello Atopians. I need help from someone who is young and trendy (I'll avoid the word "hip" as that definitely would peg me as older than I actually am). 8-) 8-) Does anyone know what the phrase "cool squawk" means? If some one responded with that when you gave them a CD or book? I didn't find the urban dictionary too helpful--everything from bad radio connections to farts. HELP. Apparently I'm not nearly young or trendy enough. Never heard of it. Sorry bb. |

Roger kind confirmed that they're going to play at the Olympics next year. He called at the 30' So if he indicated in this interview that they're going to play at the Olympics...and he indicated in the Mark & Brian interview that they'll probably do something with Adam again...what can we infer from that?  |

I just checked it out. Not as much detail as the other radio show but it was good to get a mention and Roger again called him a phenomenal vocal talent. They are doing a lot of radio promo for the Queen Extravaganza stuff so it is good that Adam is also getting mentions on US radio even though he isn't involved in that particularly. Ya know, there's a lot worse things in life than have an incredibly respected group repeatedly sing your praises on radio formats that wouldn't normally be receptive to you. Thank you Roger!! And I'm embarrassed to say that I never pay Roger Taylor as much attention as Brian May, and I really should because he's out there promoting Queen just as much - if not more - than Brian May is doing. |

Can anybody confirm what I hear? It's kind of difficult because Roger's voice sounde so far..

Yes they will be "involved" at the Olympics, not the tribute band, and NO the lead singer won't be Paul Rogers!! ....lookin' up! :D (sidenote: did those guys REALLY not know Adam's name? Ouch....guess they won't be clamoring to play his single...lol!) |

I'm so happy I was able to contribute something to this great forum! I pretty much use this place as my one stop Adam shop and always feeling like I have nothing to give. Glad to finally post something meaningful!

It's a classic rock station so they would not play his single anyway...wrong format. |
