Stupid OT technologically challenged computer question. How do you delete your history? On Google Chrome, I have a little wrench icon that means tools and History is there. On Firefox there is a drop down box when I hit a little down arrow by the name Firefox.

woman-crush: I'd say. Eva Longoria. And its her interviews that did it for me more than any acting, which is usually on channels I don't watch. She is smart, engaged in tons of projects, she's got her head on straight, speaks her mind. Obviously good looking too. Never watched desperate housewives. But yeap, she would be my crush, if I had to make a choice. Just Karen: How about breaking the map right away into three zones, with EU and Asia/AU separate, so that there is some room to grow. Might as well do it only once. And I am hoping for major growth with album 2. Yey, for Bruno Mars! His videos are creative and fun, I thought that monkey video was a brilliant parody of all these dancer troop lined up behind a lead singer videos. Talk about a low budget video being totally unique and creative in a very simple kind of way. Yes, agree with everything you guys said about the singing. But I am glad that with him there is another guy in the top ranks right now, not just Bieber, who is still a kid. Bieber is a next generation, in many ways. Glad Bruno is tweeting back and following Adam. I think a lot of others are not because they are afraid. I think that includes quite a few of the bigger stars too. Gaga had her show stolen multiple times by Adam now. She puts it all out there, creates moon spheres and hops around half nakid and yet Adam, fully dressed and with no gimmicks at all sings and the whole twitter buzz calls him the highlight of the show and writes how he "stole the show". Gaga has nowhere to go from where she is, Adam's trajectory still has many places to go. I think in some way he can feel threatening even to the strongest in the industry, even though their success is so much greater than Adam's (for now). AMA: I agree that long-term and for the history books this was a success and will be remembered. Which other performance do you remember two years later, kinda proves the point? But in the short-term, it almost cost him his complete career. He had two things that saved him. a) a fan-base that was solid and b) a few key people in high places helping him (Barbara Walters, Jay Leno, etc.). People who realized what a loss it would be to let him go down with this one performance. But if it had not been for those two things, Adam would have risked too much. The reality is, America is so afraid of itself that this performance was seen as a threat by a vast number of people. And until that changes, Adam does not have the same liberties in public performances that others have. And the country should be called out for that until it is finally willing to change. And until that day, Adam needs to be prudent about pushing it. But I do hope he lets lose in other situations, where he can afford to do so. Because I did not mind that crotch grind one bit, if I might say so. :D Please do not forget that AMAs got Adam the huge INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE - which I think was THE MOST IMPORTANT outcome. RE "people in important places" - IMHO Barbara and Leno were interested because of Adam's personality and the shock value of the AMAs. Not because they liked him.. So, again, had Adam "merely" had a stellar vocal performance with nothing controversial it would've been forgotten the next day. Yes, he would've had the GMA and the NY Eve show - but so what? Would anyone continue talking about it? Featuring and mentioning it in countless news and articles around the world? Of course not. Yes, perhaps he lost some prudes - they would've gotten off Adam's wagon sooner or later anyway. WIN, WIN, WIN and the GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING! Yup! Agree wholeheartedly, nica! There is no way the AMA performance almost ended his career. It propelled him into the international market and 5 years later it made #5 of the most remembered AMA performances. No one can ever know what the AMA performance did to his initial sales. But I do know he has fans now because of the AMA performance and the controversy. That was how they found Adam. Did he lose some fans? Probably. But they most likely wouldn't have stuck around during Glam Nation anyway. Adam is not for everybody and the people who left because of the AMAs are obviously people who were not willing to give him a second chance. There have been so many Adam roller coaster rides, if not the AMAs, they would have gotten disgruntled about something else.

Hm that AMA's thing - I think that for us, Europeans, it was not very shocking performace. Really nothing to talk about or to be offended. And Adam being openly gay? So what? Army Of Lovers, Alcazar - we've seen it all before.

I'm not going to rewrite history and say I was confident after the AMA performance. I was plenty skerred after the AMAs. The negative American publicity probably did help Adam with people in other countries that think of Americans as Puritanical bullies. But, Adam has had to work his ass off to regain the goodwill of those Puritanical American bullies.

Is what brought him the publicity in Europe.

Army Of Lovers, Alcazar - we've seen it all before. I don't think it was shocking to the majority of Americans. I didn't bat an eye at the kiss or the crotch smoosh (more like tummy smoosh : . It was the god awful vocals! HAHA! I've never heard AFL sound so bad.....haven't re-watched to this day. It definitely got him European press though....so all's good! :D
