My goodness!! Y'all are so knowledgeable!! Many, many thanks for all the answer to my questions! Somehow, I feel a real connection to all of these people & I'm so happy to follow their progress and journey through life. I'd love so hear something about Remy - he is so adorable and I know that Adam feels such a strong bond with him & loves him so much! It's great that Neil and family are closer to everyone in California I love the whole family so much !! I'm not sure if many people read the article by Dave Grohl, but it was absolutely spectacular!! That was one of the most beautiful, articulate, moving pieces I have ever read! I am so moved and amazed that that fabulous musician also has this beautiful gift of writing ability to shake me to my core! When I tell you it was spectacular, it WAS SPECTACULAR!! I can't remember reading anything for ages, that had that effect on me. There are soooo many musicians that have spectacular other parts of their lives. As I've mentioned before, there are 12 PHDs just in the rock, hard rock segments of this music business and so many others that are so amazingly brilliant! ( Tom Schulz -MIT Band Boston- David Drainman 3 degrees - Disturbed - so many others) but this beautiful article, about the world's current state, is not to be missed. I was blown away!!! It's just a little segment under some article, that you have to click on. It's definitely worth finding!! Thanks again, y'all!!! 😊🎶🎶

I'm in New Jersey and our infection rate, hospitalization rate and all other rates are horrid. I'm okay working from home - I almost have more work to do with my law practice dealing with condos - can they open pools and tennis courts, etc. I hope for Las Vegas. Hard to tell. Wynn has a reopen plan on its website.

New interview including 4 short video interviews in article.. Oh geez they contacted the White House for comments. I'm sure Adam is disappointed he didn't get his very own insulting nickname from Donald HeWhoCannot amed. Neil and Eber would have been jealous forever. LOL Good example of poking the bear... Adam may yet get a response if his comments get enough social coverage and HeWhoCannot amed feels a response will be a useful distraction.

Hubby is in IT...all self taught...never went to college for it. He's also a certified dog trainer...all self taught. He has learning disabilities and would never make it in college, but he can pretty much learn anything on his own. We have an entire library of books and videos on computers and dogs lol. Good thing our kids don't need their bedrooms anymore. When I went to college there was no Computer Science degree. My university bought a main frame computer, programed by punch cards, during my 2nd year. The school then offered a class in Fortran and a class in Cobol programming languages. That's it! I took the Fortran class. In grad school I did a lot of Fortran programming for engineering classes. Then several jobs, over 5 years, programming in Fortran and assembly language for medical devices, including MRI machines when they were brand new. Then another job for 30 years that was research, science, engineering, computer science all rolled into one. I learned so much about computers and programming, in many languages, all on the job as needed. The computer science field requires constant learning of new skills as the field progresses and changes so fast. You have to be good at learning!

Double majored in Math and Computer Science. Then he went back to UW and earned his Master's in Computer Science while working. Company paid for it.

I do not know what Neil is presently doing for a job. However the bits that have been brought up in part do fit into his job history.
Neil did temp teach the spring/ summer prior to Neil touring with Adam. He could not find a job so went to New York and worked as a temp teacher. He applied to teach in Japan but was sadly not offered a position. He was quite taken aback that he did not get the position as he had been really forward to being in Asia and having a unique job opportunity/exploring that part of the world. The job in NY was not what he wanted, but it was a job. He found it hard initially, but grew to like it. He had his Poli Sci degree, not education. My sister- in - law's brother teaches math and physics in St George, Utah. His lost his lucrative South Carolina job due to a take over, and was desperate for a job. He loves the job but has no education degree. At the time my sister in law said that in the US some states will hire without a teaching degree if no other applicants are suitable. Neil must have been in the same situation re the New York temp position. It would have been like him teaching English in Japan...no education degree was/is necessary.
After touring with Adam...I do not know what he did for work but it became apparent as time cruised on that Neil was working with a company that evaluated computer games. Their evaluations and comments were on youtubes, and the ones I viewed were quite entertaining. Then he decided to take a computer course of some type -- more like programming. So that is accurate. The course was offered ...I think in San Francisco, and he was out of town --away from Elisse for several months. It was a very intensive course and he commented on well he did on their final group presentation.
