One definite thing we know about Adam is that he can absolutely turn a song around. I hear A LOT of potential in BTIKM. Would you have recognized WWFM from the disc version if the first time you heard it was on Idol? Then, he does it acoustically. Same with Aftermath. That song just kept getting betterer and betterer. When I heard it sung with Alison, I couldn't believe it. ANOTHER rendition. So, I'm excited. Love the lyrics. Love the Enigma - ish beginning. This is going to be a really good thing. JMO.

I was afraid of one thing for Adam's lead single -- that RCA would pick a dance track with modified vocals -- like "On The Floor" because it would be popular. This song has the potential to really showcase his vocals -- and I am sure that the melody will be beautify sung by Adam who can sing a song in that key and sign those high note with power.

I'm sure BTIKM will be totally different with Adam singing it. Remember how much better his Sleepwalker was than Ryan Tedder's version?

*looks out the window* Nope, no apocalypse happening. No pigs in the sky either. Can't really check if Hell has indeed frozen over but since it's so cold here I'm gonna go with yes. Part of me is kind of mad at them for the hypocrisy the other part is doing this: First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win... Awesome post..

Most demos we've heard are very little like the final Adamized version. Someone mentioned LGG's version of Fever and I also seem to remember there being a Tedder version of Sleepwalker that was pretty awful. I would bet there will be a few changes - tempo could easily change and I wouldn't be at all surprised by a rewrite to the bridge. Even some lyrics or melodies could be tweeked. But most of all, it will be Adam's interpretation of the song and we all know how well he can "make it his own". ETA: Thanks rama - I guess you remembered the Tedder Sleepwalker also!

It appears that Benny Blanco may have produced BTIKM -- which means that the production may be vastly different than what we hear on the demo.
There were three possible singles...
Pharell Williams - probably Trespassing, written by Pharell and Adam
Bonnie McKee - not this song since we know the writers, but not the title
and the Benny Blanco produced track that we had no info on who wrote it or what it was called.
