Adam Lambert introduced OneRepublic during the show. The former Idol contestant had not been a part of the show since his controversial 2009 performance in which he kissed his male bass player on the lips. "They trust me now,” Lambert told THR when asked if he stuck to the script this year.

It's pretty hard to top Katy Perry in the outrageous hair color department. She's been seen in red, green, blond and purple (most are probably wigs) locks and every color has been flattering. Last night she sported hot pink ar the AMAs where she picked up a surprise Special Acheivement Award. But American Idol alum Adam Lambert and British singer/songwriter Ellie Goulding gave it their best shot.

In this clip from last night's Rolling Stone after-party at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles, stars arrive on the red carpet and chat about their favorite performances of the night. "Katy Perry played acoustic. It was really risky with a big production show," says the Eagles' Joe Walsh. "And she just nailed it." Adam Lambert raved about fellow American Idol alum Kelly Clarkon's performance. "She was very at ease and very comfortable on stage like she always is," he says.

Hey Guys thanks for checking back here to ClevverMusic, I'm Bridget Daly and I've got some exciting news for all you Adam Lambert fanatics out there. He recently revealed the name of his upcoming album via twitter. He wrote, "Trespassing' is the name of the full-length and the first single, co-written by Dr. Luke with Claude Kelly, Ammo and Cirkut, is called "Better Than I Know Myself."

Now it sounds like Adam may be changing his style up a bit, he's quoted saying "this album is different in that it has a more serious tone, there is definitely fun, upbeat music on there too. This album has a thread of honesty in that it is real and personal. The last album was more of a fantasy and this album is a search for my identity". As for a timeline, the album will be out in 2012, and RCA CEO says to expect it out by March 30th. So are you excited to see perhaps a deeper side of Lambert?
