Ouch... not to mention the work he had done on it and presumably the mortgage payments over the past couple of years... I bet he’s glad to be rid of it!

Yup Adam mentioned it was tough having two mortgages Yep! I've heard him mention it. He switched realtors maybe he told them to do what they had to do. I'm sure he's glad it's over. On another note I don't think the blue hair was Feelin Good. I play it a couple times a week. Can't remember what song it was.

http://instagr.am/p/CCZE74bo8lN Adam liked! I've noticed that Neil and Sarina like Javi's posts pretty regularly as they did this one. So they must still be following him. Javi is beautiful.. His looks are starting to mature a bit.

Thanks for the post bamafan. I keep on thinking about Adam's home---as a niece had to bite the bullet on their home as of this June. They bought in January. Then the pandemic crashed the interesting moving/housing market here. Well that must be a real relief for Adam to be able to move on. With the economy and real estate markets not strong at the present time, losses or less than hoped for, are sadly more common than the seller would hope.. At least he got about what he paid for it. The improvements---realtor fees etc--- a loss. There comes a time to cut your continued losses. There was trouble with interest in the home even when the market was good. He must have loved that first home---but the layout of his new home, the land it is on etc is more marketable., and hopefully would sell more quickly if the time ever came. Not that a single guy needs anymore room than what he has---especially when he has barely been home. With the world the way it is he might be home longer than I would hope.

Just to mention - my son (finally) presented an engagement ring to his partner. The day before, they announced that they are expecting a baby in February. It was a high over the weekend until Monday when ICE announced the policy about foreign students and visas. My son's fiance is Canadian, and in a PHD program in NJ. She's working on her dissertation, and teaching undergrad courses. Don't know how this will affect her status. (Techinically, I think she doesn't take online courses, and is working on her dissertation with input from an advisor.)

Just read in a link from a twitter comment below that Harvard and MIT are filing a law suit against HeWhoCannot amed. Hopefully ===as with many other of HeWhoCannot amed's wing nut concepts ==== HeWhoCannot amed will fail.
