Adam Lambert: 'There's a beauty in tacky fashion'

American Idol star Adam Lambert has revealed his passion for tacky fashion.

The 'For Your Entertainment' singer told Entertainment Weekly that his current look pays tribute to 1970s glam rock.

Lambert opined: "I think there's a beauty in tacky fashion. Even some of the pop performers of the past decade, it's real sparkly and flashy.

"I was trying to do my best homage to the late '70s glam rock idea, with the rhinestones and feathers, stuff that was as out-there and ridiculous as possible."

I picked up Rolling Stone at Target yesterday. Have not seen the OUT 100 yet.

This is such a great picture. I always wait to see it when I watch the video. I think Adam may have said that he didn't tell Neil beforehand that he and Kris would be performing with Queen. I noticed the last time I watched that Adam looked over his brother's way when he and Kris were standing alone out on the catwalk and gave him a "hell yeah" smile. This family continues to crack me up.
