I just did something I have never done before, registered and posted a comment on one of my favorite online magazines, Slate. I just felt like I had to because they were talking about live albums and noone had mentioned Adam. The Best Live AlbumsFrom Axl to Zeppelin. By Bill Wyman|Posted Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at 6:59 AM ET I am afraid to go back and look because I will probably be blasted by old rock guys. Probable scenario, I will be ignored but maybe one person will check out the Vevo link to Sleepwalker. Here's my comment: www.slate.com/articles/arts/culturebox/2011/11/best_live_albums_from_axl_to_zeppelin_.html?wp_login_redirect=0

I was searching around for guitarists and ran across this Brazilian guy and although his "look" is chubby and ordinary .... OMG can he play guitar. The video has 13.5 million views. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATub40NpxikAre we still auditioning Adam's new guitarist? ;D Because I can beat this dude! Adam needs a new guitarist? CHECK. Adam loves some hot tongue action on stage but can't make out with Tommy anymore? CHECK!: (start watching around the 6 min mark!) Weeeeeeird gimmick, I grant you, but I saw this guy play Johnny Be Good live once (he's an Austin act) and fuck but that's one talented appendage! Seriously, I have full faith in Adam's choices on this one--it def falls into the "if Adam's happy, I'm happy" category for me (a huge, but not limitless, category, ahem, Melvin, ahem).

Guys.. for FYE it took 6 months (Nov - Jun) for Adam to promote the album before we got GNT. So if the album's released in March/April he will be traveling at least 6 month within the US and around the world to promote the album. It means the tour will start in October/November 2012? adamme, I think that the last time they were not sure if the tour would make financial sense and the scope/number of concerts was not clear. This time they know it does and therefore it can be planned in advance. I also think that he tour might be influencing the song choices for the album....it is also highly probable that the world wide tour is being planned already - after all the venues plan well in advance... I am still hoping for the Beacon theater in NYC As much as I want arenas for our BB - I would love to have several mid size venues for us to enjoy p.s. thank you for the call the other day

Good for you, LindaG23. Also, someone needs to tweet that Bowie/Adam pic to Adam, STAT. He'd love it!

I have faith too but that Trent guy could elicit some serious floorberting if he were to perform on stage with Adam. Ooooh Weee!

It means the tour will start in October/November 2012? 19M was in charge of the last tour. I do not think it will take that long this time. I predict a tour starting mid to end of summer with several one offs before then. I will go out on a limb and predict official tour starts August. Kelly, who is also with RCA, has different management but her tour starts January 15th. That would be less than 3 months from album release.
