Well, being an Adam fan, it happens that sometimes you laugh out loud at things your coworkers don't get at all. For example, this research article I just found: Lambert, A.; Rose, J. D. Journal of the American Chemical Society 1947, 1511. ;D I know, gzkey... I react to anything "Lambert" too...have to remember not to grin like an idiot... ;D I got excited when I saw a mention of a TV movie coming up on Friday. It's called "Game of Your Life" and stars Lea Thompson as a professor named Abbie Lambert. Coincidence? I'd love to know! Game of Your Life

This weekend I went to see a great exhibit about Texas high school football at the Texas State History Museum. One of the legendary coaches was named Stan Lambert. I considered myself very restrained and mature not to point it out but only to squee quietly to myself.

You replaced him in a show called Debbie Does Dallas? Yes, this is before he was the Adam Lambert. I was fresh out of school [New York University’s Tisch School for the Arts/CAP21], and one of my teachers had a connection to someone in the production of Debbie Does Dallas in Lake Tahoe. They needed a replacement because the guy who was doing it, Adam Lambert, was leaving to do Wicked. So there was overlap with Lambert? Adam took a week to teach me the role, and I lived with him for that week. They had us in these cool lodges out in Lake Tahoe. We performed five or six nights a week at 10pm, so we had pretty much the entire day to do what we wanted. When I learned I got the role in New York, my music theory teacher wanted to go over the music with me, so I would be prepared. We tackled it in the way that Adam Lambert—lungs of steel and voicebox of gold—can sing it. I was like, "This is not going to happen. Let’s make some tweaks"’ They were fine with that, and I got to do the role in my own way. I haven't seen it. That's awesome! Regarding the Big Brother connection, I think it's a funny coincidence, but kind of doubt Adam had no other reason for a Twitter party other than he had to occupy himself while Sauli was working. They're not Siamese twins; there are probably a thousand other things Adam could be doing during that hour. I just think the way he uses Twitter is very deliberate and whether it's "market research" or "market sampling," or attempting to get a tidbit of news out there, it's rarely random.

For me, personally, Adam's twitter parties are usually pretty boring, with very little new/interesting information. I'm really hoping when promo kicks in, that DJs and journalists will be the ones asking for questions, and I'm hoping they'll choose some good ones from our Ask Adam thread! (well, after all the questions are tweeted!) I don't think Adam, himself, will ever answer our "good questions." :-/ Oh No! Adam's twitter parties are never boring to me. Here he is personally answering questions and speaking directly with his fans - I adore his great sense of humor and the sincerity with which he speaks. I don't care what questions he picks - shallow or deep or whatever. I feel such a closeness and my hearts skips a beat when he says "Twitter party!" YAY for twitter parties.

So, assuming that Adam is looking for additions to his touring band, will he pick well known musicians or ones that are unknown but good (and funky) and will travel well while on tour? Does anyone know how Tommy is regarded by the pros? Did any of Adam's songs have strong bass lines where Tommy's bass skills were front and center? Do you think Tommy could be offered the lead guitar position that he originally auditioned for with FYE? Tommy has performed with a few other bands during this hiatus, has he been playing bass or lead? Adam has got to be pulling musicians together soon as once the single drops I'm assuming there will be promo rounds. Just wondering if any one has any thoughts (no, never, not on this site )

I don't think Adam, himself, will ever answer our "good questions." :-/ Eh, as I remember the djs and so-called journalists asked the same questions over and over: Madonna, Gaga, Idol, AMAs, gay. In fact, didn't Adam tweet from Europe that he was sick of journalists asking the same questions over and over? Truth is, Adam did get some good questions during his twitter party, but he chose not to answer them. I think he had an agenda and was choosing bland questions pretty much at random until he got the question he wanted to answer -- about the band -- then signed off. EXACTLY!! I think Adam's tweets always have a purpose. Remember when he was doing the "shipping" twitter party. Then Tommy joined in at the end?! He always has something in mind! IMO, he didn't want to just show up without Monte, even though, most expect that. And since rehearsals, for single promo, will be starting soon, this frees up the band to be really excited about starting without having a million peeps wondering why Monte isn't tweeting anything. Since he responded to Tommy, he also confirmed that Tommy is still there! Adam really is brilliant!

Isn't it a disservice to Adam to photoshop all those questionable looks onto him at the same time and then put it out on the internet like he really goes around looking like a damn crazy clown? Anyone would look horrible if all their fashion missteps were seen at the same time. *unfair* :-/

Just wondering if any one has any thoughts (no, never, not on this site ) There are thousands of musicians in LA that are amazing. Adam basically has "the pick of the litter." His band will be awesome, I have no doubt. I would not be surprised if Tommy switches to lead guitar. Remember, Tommy originally auditioned as lead guitar and Adam liked him so much they asked him if he could switch to Bass. He is very good.Tommyyoutu.be/JoItPsN2jhsyoutu.be/WRc0Vzos4ZY
