Hi, I'm a first-time poster here! Need help voting on the London Olympics site. Went to the site but I don't see how to vote. Please help! Thanks! Exactly. And something more. IMO this fandom is so passionate that even if someone doesn't have the money, most of them somehow will find the money to support Adam. We love spending money on him, even the ones who don't have. It might be the only album they will buy, but they WILL buy it. I will buy Trespassing, the day it is released :D. It is easier if you know for month that you will buy something. |

I think the only way A would be performing at the Olympics opening/closing would be WITH Queen - I would expect it would be similar to the EMA's and he might not be introduced separately, but just as part of Queen. Since Queen is without a doubt a British band, I don't think there would be much concern that 1 "member" was American. It doesn't even concern me that he might not get mentioned - as we learned from the EMA's, the people that heard him who didn't know him said "Who is THAT?!?!?!" and looked it up. Also, thecommentators that are describing what is going on are pretty likely to mention him. + exactly! re the WWL by Leona - it is a "male" song, it NEEDS to be sang by a male IMO to be sexy (and Adam made it erotic)... not sure what was the idea of having it sung at the Olympics... - was it "London loves you" message? Also, I think the Opening ceremonies are watched by a wider audience than the Closing - just my feeling, I did not do the research... I still don't understand Q3's "NO"... London Festival is great, but the exposure of the Opening ceremonies is sure to be the largest possible, comparable only to the Football World Cup. So, saying "no" to the largest stage in the world makes no sense to me, regardless of who the sponsors are. By this logic the athletes should not be participating as well.... You're right about the opening has a wider viewer. I watch the Beijing Olympics. However, If Queen will perform and they ask Adam, I hope they will do it at the closing ceremony so it's like a celebration. Beijing Olypics opening and closing were so GRAND, I bet London's trying to do it better than Beijing. |

I'm sure of it. Guys, ehm, I'm from Serbia, the poorest fucking country in Europe ( certainly one of) and I CAN and WILL AFFORD his new album. Not only that, but I'm hoping he's going to make some super/de luxe/ all 40ish songs edition, and I'm getting that one. I may not be able to go to his concert in some close enough country ( although I'm already mulling that thought through my head, making combinations,lol) , but I'm getting his goddamn album even if it kills me. Which it definitely will, eventually |
