Yes, the other two are certainly Madonna and MJ covers.

Bridget, this makes sense. The similarities in hue, color-saturation, composition, etc. were so close, but it looked like it was cropped differently than the standard cover that was showing. If the cropping was taken from the original, fold-out cover and moved left, it could be it.

I just googled the original cover but there is still no green like that pic. There is clearly some large green blob in this pic....I don't know why I even care lol I must be HELLA BORED.
