I have been looking at the blown up version with a magnifying glass and the figure on the right corner looks like someone with a Beatles type haircut. The colors are off too.   Glad I'm alone because I'm laughing so hard! We are all pretty pathetic, but at least it's good to know I'm not the only one... ;D |

Yes, the other two are certainly Madonna and MJ covers. Bridget, this makes sense. The similarities in hue, color-saturation, composition, etc. were so close, but it looked like it was cropped differently than the standard cover that was showing. If the cropping was taken from the original, fold-out cover and moved left, it could be it. I just googled the original cover but there is still no green like that pic. There is clearly some large green blob in this pic....I don't know why I even care lol I must be HELLA BORED.  |

I can't keep up with the threads lately -- too much going on in RL (very good, not so good, and neutral). But all the Adam buzz is so exciting. And some great convos here in the last few days and before -- wish I had more time to contribute.
Does anyone think that Glam Nation Live might possibly get a Grammy nom??? Aaahh, that would be so cool, but I guess it's a stretch? Or is it??
ETA: Not keeping up with the threads and not being able to read every page every day doesn't mean I don't check ATOP randomly for news about 15 times a day, lol
Aaaaaanndd...I just got my RS (Eric Clapton, although I wish the Jimi Hendrix cover had been at my Safeway). I was freaking out a little bit because I had a free six month promotional subscription that expired with the 11/24 issue! So annoying! I suspect I should subscribe again -- expect to see him in RS more than once next year...

If it's one of the originals or a copy of that, would it fit the blobs better? Wow, I have this Diamond Dog's LP and I didn't know about the uh....'hybrid's genetalia'. So I took mine out of its frame to investigate....nope....mine has been air brushed. So it's worth the $14.00 I paid for it! lol :  I have four vinyl Bowie LP's framed on my wall but I'm still trying to get a hold of Ziggy Stardust. I don't think the pic on Adam's wall is Diamond Dogs. The shadowing just looks different to me. ETA: Maybe it's the Ziggy Stardust LP because Adam said he loved the concept of the album.  |
