ADAM LAMBERT@adamlambert Excited to be performing with A Bowie Celebration to celebrate David Bowie and his legacy! $2 from every ticket purchase will be donated to @savethechildren rollinglivestudios.com/bowie/⚡#ABowieCelebration #JustForOneDay #davidbowieforever #bowieforever #bowie2021 What Bowie song do you want Adam to perform?12.17.20 by Q3 Here's one suggestion: Miles Tougeaux@milestougeaux I vote for Life on Mars or RocknRoll Suicide! My top picks are "Rebel Rebel", "Modern Love", or "Let's Dance." I think it would also be interesting to hear what Adam could do with "China Girl" and "Heroes." But there are so many more that would be great to hear Adam perform. What do you think?

MIf I were a betting person, I would bet Adam would be singing Under Pressure with someone for the Bowie show. BUT, if I had my druthers, it would be China Girl! I Love love love that one!

Not quite clear on the cookbook gift, but it seems that Adam met up with the two authors at some point. I remember Adam being on a couple of those cooking segments on talk shows. He's good at stuff like that.
I posted late on yesterdays' thread, but want to say again that I agree with Lin-Manuel Miranda about the future of live theater. He suggests that live shows could still continue as before with live audiences, BUT the option for seeing the show virtually for a reduced fee might be a new option. Lots more people would wind up seeing the show, and the producers would probably make more money in the long run. And many people would still pay the higher cost to see the show live.
This may be an option for music concerts, too. Who knows? Tickets are pricey, and if fans could see the live show virtually for less money, everybody wins. I think people would still go to live concerts. Just a thought.
My son lives in upstage PA. Getting LOTS of snow!
