If the song was to premiere and to be up for sale the same day, I think RCA will want to have enough lead time, so that the first week of sales will be more then decent. Without a huge radio promo and push, I think that Adam has enough casual fans and die hards to sell at least $50,000 for the first week. But with the heavy radio push, I think they'll aim to double and possibly triple that number. (And now I'm going to get trampled for saying at least $50,000 and not $100,000+ /0\) Don't you mean units and not dollars? |

I'd think that the fastest fan army could be raised in LA, NYC or maybe Chicago.
They could storm a radio station, grab download Better Than I Know Myself in a twitvid and then probably get arrested.
Who was in charge of the bail money? I remember bags and bags of bail money.
I forgot about guns. Might have to raid a gun store first. I think Walmart has guns.

Does Ryan HAVE to debut the song? If I were Adam, and this is if he even has a choice in the matter, I would debut it with a station that has a higher chance of actually spinning the single or who has supported him in the past. THIS! He should premiere it at Q102 or Z100? THey have actually played Adam's singles. Ryan's station pisses me off, lol. |

If I were Adam, I'd have Z100 premiere it or Q102! OK, the way singles are usually released is First, it gets a radio premiere (it is not for sale yet) Hopefully, the stations will start playing it right after this Second, it goes for sale on i-Tunes. This is usually 1-2 weeks after the radio premiere. Third, it gets performed on TV Fourth, the official radio adds date comes. If Adam is lucky, many stations will already have added it. They do not need to wait for an official date to add. Kelly had 118 adds before her add date. The time between second and fourth can be the same time, a few days, or a few weeks. I think the "for sale" date will be January 2nd. and before that it will have some radio play, with a performance on some TV show around NYE. I hope it is not offered for free except for people who pre-ordered the album on Adam Official. ETA: Correction on Kelly's adds. Wk1: 118 Wk2: 82 Wk3: 47 (Official Adds Date) Wk4: 21 So you can see 200 stations were already spinning it before the actual adds date. |

If stations have the single, it's in danger of leaking! So, I chose to believe that Adam will be in NYC Monday to premier it on Z100 tomorrow morning!!!  Hey, I could be right! |
