I was just over at IDF catching up on all the rah rah there and saw another post from the Glamazon dude. I don't think I've seen it here yet. They kept asking him about the industry reaction to the Queen perf. Take with bucket of salt n'all. Glamazon Today, 10:54 AM Post #6036 Haaa! Well about the Queen performance: Well, it pretty much changed ALOT of radio/industry opinions. I didn't know about a new album or anything until the monday after and twitter/facebook/news outlets were buzzing about it. So my boss said we have exciting news about Adam Lambert coming up and last week we got the zip file and were told to keep it in the lock until release date and we have ORDERS from our central station to play it on release day on the hour, every hour. Like I said, radio airplay is the BIGGEST promotion a person an get and I'm honestly so excited to find out how good the song does. Take all the Glamazon posts with a salt mine. He is almost certainly a poser.

He is almost certainly a poser. I have a hard time swallowing this. How does an artist go from having one hit and a moderate hit to having TPTB dictate he be played every hour on the hour. I just don't buy it. Sure its in the realm of possibility, but I'd think that TPTB would still want to make sure the radio public likes it first. I'd love for it to be true...
