Okay, now that he's revealed pretty much everything about the single release, people need to start asking him about the single cover art. Clearly the guy is peeing himself with excitement and is ripe for spilling more deets. I'mma go with NOT a troll. What would be the point of all this info only to have nothing happen on Friday? Just so he can point and LOL and say "gotcha"? I like the theory that he's a plant, though. It's gotten fans on pretty much every forum buzzing and engaged and paying close attention, which is great. We're already the target audience, but getting hardcore fans excited is where everything starts. The only other thing that makes sense is that it's Adam himself, so eager to tell us everything, but muzzled by his own Exec Producer alter-ego. So he creates a !REALLY COOL! username and hits the interwebs in all his jiggly-footed mispelling-laden excitement. Where is the evidence that this guy isn't a troll? Glamberts, IMO are very easy to troll cuz they'll latch onto anything regarding Adam and spin it into the most amazing thing ever in the history of ever and then they're left with "omg I'm crying with disappointment" feelings afterwards. How many times has this fandom been trolled with false information? Too many to count. Seriously.... why would RCA put a plant out there to basically reveal every detail of the album and usurp Adam's right/joy/excitement in getting to do a big reveal to his fans? Makes zero sense to me. I'd love to be proven wrong but I'm going with this is a BS troll jerking the fans around. I actually think that was true 2 years ago, not 'as' much any more. Glamazon was practically skewered on IDF. Called a troll until the Mods put a stop to it. I think we go along with the fun of it, but I'm not sure everyone is crying in their cornflakes the next morning when something doesn't pan out. Thats just what I see on boards, not necessarily on twitter.

If Glamazon is a plant...why would IDF be the forum of choice to tell all? I really don't know what IDF is.

eh, I haven't commented on Glamazon...think he sounds pretty trolley TBH. But really, who cares? We know a press release IS coming this week, right? Sony tweeted that. A single is coming SOON-ish! That in itself seems pretty flail worthy to me.Some that have heard it, have been said it's GREAT. A lot of people like to flail and get excited over things. I don't think it means they're going to jump off any bridges if it doesn't pan out the way Glamazon or anybody else says it will.

Doubt Glamazon is a plant. LOL. Seems kinda silly to disperse a plant to get the fans revved up when THEY ALREADY ARE. It's either someone trying to hype us all up and rev up our expectations in hopes that the real thing couldn't possibly live up to it and ppl will be disappointed, or it is a fan who is attention whoring whether or not they actually heard the single...

Even without Glamazon, I think a portion of fans are going to be disappointed. We've waited and have been told more than once the album/song will be here 'soon-ish' that folks naturally are going to think bigger than perhaps reality. Human nature.

One last thing from twitter before I go...LOL! @strewepeterson LINK: bit.ly/w2LBcxThe Griller of 3B Having found a lovely picture of Adam Lambert in a studio, I noticed all the signal processing equipment in the background. Contrary to popular opinion, this stuff isn't used on the music, but it is used as a major part of the publicity process. I thought it might be interesting to run through what the various processing units do, so here are some notes, in signal processing chain order, gleaned from the photo: 1. Smugulator, by Shitsana Electronics Corp: cunningly generates announcements that tell you absolutely nothing but imply great importance on behalf of the "source". 2. Twitulator: cross-processes random social media feeds. Replaces firm information with terms like "soon", "spring" etc. 3. Twat-Reduxulator: able to remove 99.5% of all remaining substantiatable information from social media feeds. 4. Rumour Miller and Misinformation Generator: appends random information about current, former and never-were associates. 5. Random number generator: changes ALL dates and times. 6. Random Praise For Other Artists Matrix: electronic equivalent of shouting "WHAT'S THAT OVER THERE?" before quietly slipping away. 7. Final Denial Box and Not-ulator: Inserts phrases like "absolutely not" and "categorically denies". 8. Radulator: adds random argot that sounds either vaguely trendy or insulting: eg: Sick, Rad, Gnarly. 9. Montulator: final garnish of sordid bad-taste-in-the-mouthery. The processed "information" is then beamed to the world via the highly unambiguous and reliable broadcast medium known as Twitter. And now we all know exactly what's going on. teehee.

The roller coaster analogy fits If someone was really getting seriously upset by daily events one would hope they have enough sanity to step away and simply not go on that ride any more. I know I've taken a week or two off a couple of times when the fandom got to me.
